• I purchased 45 shares of Power Corporation of Canada (TSE:POW) at C$ 33.67 per share plus commission.

 

At today's exchange rate that purchase 45 shares of POW will increase € 48.85 of my expected annual net dividend income. After this acquisition, POW’s weight of my portfolio is about 0.41% and its share of future annual dividend income is approximately 0.62%.

June 20, 2022

 

• Pfizer Inc. (PFE) and Valneva Enter into an Equity Subscription Agreement; Valneva SE (VALN) and PFE announced that they have entered into an Equity Subscription Agreement and have updated the terms of their Collaboration and License Agreement for Lyme disease vaccine candidate VLA15. As part of the Equity Subscription Agreement, Pfizer will invest €90.5 ($95) million in Valneva, representing 8.1% of Valneva’s share capital at a price of €9.49 per share, through a reserved capital increase to further support the strategic Lyme partnership between the two companies.

 

June 21, 2022

 

• UPM-Kymmene Corporation (UPM) sells its Steyrermühl site to the HEINZEL GROUP; UPM has signed an agreement to sell 100% of the shares of its Austrian subsidiary UPM Kymmene-Austria GmbH to the HEINZEL GROUP, a leading pulp, packaging and paper producer and trader in Central and Eastern Europe.  The parties have agreed not to disclose the value of the deal.

 

June 23, 2022

 

• Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) has been awarded an ID/IQ contract in the amount of $581.64M for Global Positioning System (or GPS) IIR IIR-M III IIIF On-Orbit Support.

 

June 24, 2022

 

• Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) was selected to continue developing a first-of-its-kind counter-hypersonic missile; The Missile Defense Agency has selected RTX to continue to develop a first-of-its-kind counter-hypersonic missile, the Glide Phase Interceptor. GPI is designed to intercept hypersonic weapons in the glide phase of flight, providing the U.S. and allies with an additional layer of defense against regional hypersonic missile threats. 

 

• United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS) was awarded a modification (P00016) on ID/IQ, firm-fixed-price contract HTC71117DC003 in the amount of ~$215M.
