- I purchased 15 shares of Intact Financial Corporation (TSE:IFC) at C$257.68 per share, plus commission.
At today’s exchange rate, this purchase is expected to increase my annual net dividend income by approximately €40.85. Following the acquisition, my portfolio now holds a total of 60 Intact Financial Corporation shares, with an average purchase price of C$260.06 per share and a yield on cost of 2.26%.
After the transaction, Intact Financial Corporation represents approximately 1.05% of my portfolio by weight and contributes around 0.65% to my projected annual dividend income.

- General Mills, Inc. (GIS) Reaffirms Annual Guidance and Provides Business Update at 2026 Barclays Global Consumer Staples Conference; GIS continues to expect fiscal 2027 organic net sales to range from a 1.5% decline to 0.5% growth, adjusted operating profit to decline 8%–13%, and free cash flow conversion of approximately 95% of adjusted after-tax earnings of $3.00–$3.20 per share.
- Philip Morris International Inc. (PM) Raises 2026 Full-Year Diluted EPS Forecast for Currency Only; PM raised its full-year reported diluted EPS forecast to a range of $7.28 to $7.43 to reflect currency only. Excluding a total 2026 adjustment of $1.07 per share, the forecast range for adjusted diluted EPS of $8.35 to $8.50 represents a projected increase of 10.7% to 12.7% versus $7.54 in 2025. PM also updated its third quarter adjusted diluted EPS forecast for currency only to a range of $2.29 to $2.34, now including an estimated $0.01 favorable currency impact vs. a previous estimate of an unfavorable impact of $0.08.
- L3Harris Technologies, Inc. (LHX) Receives Landmark PAC-3 MSE Propulsion Contract to Power America’s Arsenal of Freedom; LHX has received an undefinitized contract award from Lockheed Martin, valued at $4.7 billion over seven years, to produce propulsion systems for the PAC-3® Missile Segment Enhancement (MSE) interceptor. The multi-year contract is LHX’ largest PAC-3 propulsion award to date, which aligns with the long-term framework agreement established with the Department of War.
- Realty Income Corporation (O) Declared Monthly Dividend Increase; O declared an increase in its common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.2715 per share from $0.2710 per share. The dividend is payable on October 15, 2026, to stockholders of record as of September 30, 2026. The new monthly dividend represents an annualized dividend amount of $3.258 per share as compared to the prior annualized dividend amount of $3.252 per share.

- Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) announced that its Missiles and Fire Control business received an $826M contract modification for the Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile and Long-Range Anti-Ship Missile large-lot procurement. The contract modification increases the contract’s total cumulative value to about $10.48B from $9.65B previously.
- Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) said that it won a $257.3M U.S. Navy contract modification to produce and support components for the MK 48 MOD 7 Heavyweight Torpedo program.
- Enbridge Inc. (ENB) to Acquire Tallgrass' Crude Transportation Business; ENB announced to acquire Tallgrass Energy's crude oil business from Blackstone (BX) for US$2.55B in cash. The business includes a 75% stake in the Pony Express pipeline, 8.4M barrels of storage capacity across nine crude terminals connected into Pony Express, a 51% holding in the Powder River Gateway system, and the Stanchion Energy crude oil marketing business.

- NCC AB (NCC) to build new premises for Finnish Customs; NCC has been contracted by state-owned property company Senate Properties to build new premises in Vantaa, north of Helsinki, for Finnish Customs. The order value is approximately SEK 440 million.
- General Dynamics Corporation (GD) announced that its Mission Systems business secured a $184.25M contract to manufacture Full Rate Production Next-Generation Electronics Attack Units (NGEAU). The contract also includes NGEAU sustainment support and future sustainment support for advanced capability mission computers.

- T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (TROW) Reports Month-End Assets Under Management For August 2026; TROW announced August month-end assets under management of $1.90 trillion. Net outflows for August 2026 were $7.9 billion.
