  • Neste Corporation (NESTE) invests in its world scale renewable products refinery in Rotterdam; NESTE has made the final investment decision to invest into new renewable products production capacity in Rotterdam. The Rotterdam refinery expansion investment of approximately EUR 1.9 billion will expand NESTE’s overall renewable product capacity by 1.3 million tons per annum, bringing the total renewable product capacity in Rotterdam to 2.7 million tons annually, of which sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) production capability will be 1.2 million tons.

 

  • Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) unit bags $2.28B US Army contract; The United States government and Sikorsky, a LMT company, signed a five-year contract for a baseline of 120 H-60M Black Hawk helicopters, with options to reach a total of 255 aircraft to be delivered to the U.S. Army and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. Sikorsky continues to modernize and enhance the Black Hawk to meet the Army's challenging and evolving missions by continuously delivering aircraft thanks to a hot production line, mature well-established supply chain and digital factory.

 

 

June 28, 2022

 

  • Bonava AB (BONAVA) acquires 230 building rights in Gothenburg; BONAVA has signed an agreement with Grandab Fastigheter Södra Centrum Holding AB, owned by Revcap och Grandab Invest, to acquire approximately 230 building rights in Gothenburg, Sweden. The transaction amounts to SEK 312 million. Work on the zoning plan is expected to begin in autumn 2022 and the production of the first housing units during 2025.

 

 

June 29, 2022

 

 

  • NCC AB (NCC) sells Kontorværket office project in Denmark; NCC is selling Kontorværket 1 office project in Valby, Copenhagen to Industriens Pension. The building will become biotech company Genmab’s new headquarters and will meet high environmental standards for both the building and the area.

 

 

 

  • Pfizer Inc. (PFE) is awarded a $3.2B firm-fixed-price contract to manufacture, store and deliver mRNA COVID-19 vaccines.

 

  • Lockheed Martin Corporations (LMT) unit Sikorsky Aircraft is awarded a $429.17M firm-fixed-price contract for maintenance and overhaul of UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters.

 

 

 

June 30, 2022

 

  • Bonava AB (BONAVA) acquires approximately 150 building rights in Haninge; BONAVA has signed an agreement for the acquisition of four properties totalling 90,000 square metres in Haninge, where Bonava intends to construct approximately 150 Nordic Swan ecolabelled housing units. The seller is a private property developer, and the transaction totals SEK 153 million in underlying property value. Handover of the properties will take place in the third quarter of 2022 and production of the first housing units is expected to begin after a zoning plan is established, at the earliest in 2026.

 

 

  • Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) was awarded a $307.1M firm-fixed-price contract for repair and recertification of Phased Array Tracking Radar to Intercept on Target Advanced Capability-3 missiles.

  • Unilever plc (UNA) announces completion of the sale of its Tea business; UNA today announced that it has completed the sale of its Tea business, ekaterra, to the CVC Capital Partners Fund VIII. Unilever and CVC had entered into an agreement for the sale of ekaterra in November 2021, for €4.5 billion on a cash-free, debt-free basis; expecting to close in H2 2022.

 

  • Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) is awarded a ~$192.39M cost-plus-incentive-fee modification to previously awarded contract N00024-21-C-5127 for technical engineering and management efforts for the Australia Surface Combatant program.

 

  • Emerson Electric Co. (EMR) Acquires Life Sciences Company Fluxa; EMR announced it has acquired Fluxa, a leader in the life sciences industry that uses software and modern technology architectures to accelerate the speed to market for new therapies, drugs and vaccines. The acquisition builds on Emerson’s leading software and solutions portfolio and life sciences expertise. Emerson made an equity investment in Fluxa, which is based in Glendale, California, in 2021.
