  • I closed my Bonava AB (BONAVA) position by selling 300 shares at SEK 30.00 per share plus commission.

 

July 5, 2022

 

  • I purchased 10 shares of Texas Instruments Incorporated (TXN) at $ 144.48 per share plus commission.

 

At today's exchange rate that purchase 10 shares of TXN will increase € 33.70 of my expected annual net dividend income. After this acquisition, TXN’s weight of my portfolio is about 0.43% and its share of future annual dividend income is approximately 0.33%.

  • NCC AB (NCC) to build a school and kindergarten in Helsinki; NCC has been commissioned by the City of Helsinki to build a school and kindergarten in Länsi-Pakila, in the northern part om Helsinki, Finland. Construction will start in the autumn and the order value amounts approximately SEK 150 million.

 

July 5, 2022

 

 

  • Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) is awarded a ~$185.92M cost-plus-incentive-fee contract modification to previously awarded contract N00024-20-C-6117 to exercise an option for engineering design and development.

 

 

July 6, 2022

 

 

  • General Dynamics Corporation (GD) has been awarded a maximum $145.47M firm-fixed-price, ID/IQ contract for multiple spare parts in the Abrams Main Battle Tank, Stryker Family of Vehicles, Light Armored Vehicle Family of Vehicles, Cougar, Buffalo and RG-31.

 

 

July 7, 2022

 

  • General Dynamics Corporation (GD) was awarded a ~$280.11M firm-fixed-price contract to procure trophy kits for the M1A2 SEPv2 and M1A2 SEPv3 Abrams Family of Vehicles.

 

July 8, 2022

 

  • Fortum Corporation’s (FORTUM) subsidiary Uniper applies for stabilisation measures in Germany; FORTUM’s subsidiary Uniper has today filed for government support under the newly adopted German energy legislation. As Germany's biggest importer of gas, Uniper has been hit hardest by the Russian gas curtailment and as a result is under extreme financial pressure. Since mid-June, Uniper has received only 40% of the contracted gas volumes from Russia and has had to source the replacement volumes in the market at significantly higher prices.
