- I opened a new position in Intact Financial Corporation (IFC.TO) by purchasing 15 shares at C$261.00 per share, plus commission.
At today’s exchange rate, this investment increases my expected annual net dividend income by €36.69. With a starting yield on cost of 2.03%, IFC now represents approximately 0.30% of my total portfolio and contributes about 0.16% to my projected annual dividend income.

- Bank OZK (OZK) Announces Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2025 Earnings; OZK reported fourth-quarter GAAP earnings per share of $1.53, missing analyst expectations by $0.05 and reflecting a 1.9% year-over-year decline. Revenue increased 6.9% compared to the prior year to $440.65 million, exceeding estimates by $6.3 million. Net interest income for the fourth quarter of 2025 totaled $407.0 million, down 1.6% from the third quarter of 2025 but up 7.3% year over year. The provision for credit losses rose to $50.6 million, compared with $48.3 million in Q3 2025 and $37.2 million in the fourth quarter of 2024.

- Kinder Morgan, Inc. (KMI) Reports Fourth Quarter 2025 Financial Results; KMI reported fourth-quarter non-GAAP EPS of $0.39, up 22% year over year and beating analyst expectations by $0.02. Revenue totaled $4.51 billion, exceeding estimates by $180 million and rising 13% compared to the prior-year period. Looking ahead to 2026, management expects adjusted EPS of $1.36, representing 5% growth from 2025, and adjusted EBITDA of $8.6 billion, up 2.5% year over year.
- ONEOK, Inc. (OKE) Increases Quarterly Dividend; OKE announced that its board of directors approved an increase in the company’s quarterly dividend to $1.07 per share, representing a 3.9% increase from the prior dividend of $1.03. The dividend will be payable on February 13, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 2, 2026.
- Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) Reports Q4 and Full-Year 2025 Results; JNJ reported fourth-quarter non-GAAP EPS of $2.46, marking a 20.6% year-over-year increase and coming in line with analyst expectations. Revenue rose 9.3% to $24.6 billion, exceeding estimates by $440 million. Looking ahead to fiscal year 2026, management guided for operational sales in the range of $99.5 billion to $100.5 billion and expects adjusted EPS to be between $11.43 and $11.63.
- Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) was awarded a $202.8 million contract modification to inspect, recertify, and repair PAC-3 missiles, returning them to serviceable condition.
- Raytheon Co. of Tucson, Arizona, a business unit of RTX Corporation (RTX), was awarded a $380.8 million U.S. Navy contract modification.
- Ally Financial Inc. (ALLY) Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2025 Financial Results; ALLY reported fourth-quarter non-GAAP EPS of $1.09, representing a 39.7% year-over-year increase and beating analyst expectations by $0.07. Revenue totaled $2.17 billion, up 3.3% from the prior year and exceeding estimates by $30 million. The company’s Common Equity Tier 1 (CET1) capital ratio improved to 10.2%, an increase of approximately 40 basis points year over year. Adjusted provisions for credit losses came in at $487 million, down $70 million compared to the same period last year.

- The Procter & Gamble Company (PG) Announces Fiscal Year 2026 Second Quarter Results; PG reported Q2 non-GAAP EPS of $1.88, flat year over year and $0.02 above analyst expectations. Revenue increased 1.4% to $22.21 billion, though it missed estimates by $80 million. Management maintained its fiscal 2026 core EPS growth outlook of in-line to up 4% versus fiscal 2025 core EPS of $6.83. This implies a core EPS range of $6.83 to $7.09, with a midpoint of $6.96, representing approximately 2% growth year over year.
January 23, 2026
- NCC AB (NCC) to expand police office in Linköping; NCC has been commissioned by Intea Garnisonen AB and the Swedish Police Authority to expand an office building for the police in Linköping, Sweden. The project is a turnkey contract with an order value of approximately SEK 170 million.
- L3Harris Technologies, Inc. (LHX) Increases Quarterly Dividend; LHX announced that its Board of Directors approved a 4.2% increase in the quarterly cash dividend, raising it from $1.20 to $1.25 per share. The increased dividend will commence with the first-quarter 2026 payout, payable on March 20, 2026, to shareholders of record as of March 6, 2026.
