  • Neste Corporation (NESTE) raises its second quarter 2022 outlook; Oil Products’ second-quarter total refining margin is expected to more than double from the level seen in the first quarter of 2022. Previously, NESTE estimated Oil Products’ second-quarter total refining margin to be at a roughly similar level as in the first quarter of 2022 (USD 10.3/bbl). The increase in the total refining margin is expected to improve the Group’s and Oil Products’ second-quarter comparable EBITDA significantly compared to the first quarter.

 

  • UPM-Kymmene Corporation (UPM) raises its earnings outlook for 2022; UPM raises its earnings outlook for H1 2022 and for the full year 2022. The company now expects its comparable EBIT to increase both in H1 2022 from H1 2021, and in the full year 2022 from 2021. Earlier, the company expected its comparable EBIT in H1 2022 to be on similar level compared to H1 2021, while comparable EBIT in the full year 2022 was expected to be on similar level or higher than in 2021.

 

 

 

 

  • Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) has been awarded a $450M ID/IQ contract for Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (or JASSM) production support.

 

  • Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) is awarded a not-to-exceed ~$4.38B undefinitized modification (P00005) to a previously awarded cost-plus-incentive-fee, fixed-price incentive (firm-target) contract (N0001920C0011).

 

 

  • Realty Income Corporation (O) Declared Monthly Dividend Increase; O, The Monthly Dividend Company, announced its Board of Directors has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.2475 per share from $0.247 per share. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2022, to stockholders of record as of July 1, 2022. This is the 116th dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994.

 

June 15, 2022

 

  • Orion Corporation (ORION) Acquires Inovet’s Animal Health Business; ORION has entered into an agreement with Belgian private company Inovet BV (“Inovet”) to acquire its wholly owned subsidiary V.M.D. NV and all companies belonging to V.M.D. NV’s group of companies (V.M.D. NV and its subsidiary companies collectively, “VMD”). VMD’s revenues in 2021 were EUR 61 million, and the group was profitable. Following this acquisition, the 181 employees of VMD will join the Orion Group. The transaction price is approximately EUR 130 million debt free.

 

 

  • NCC AB (NCC) to build a new pilot hall for RISE in Örnsköldsvik; NCC and RISE (Research Institutes of Sweden) are initiating the next step in their partnership and are building the Bioeconomy Arena, a pilot hall with test bed facilities for the development of new biochemical products. The project is a turnkey contract valued at approximately SEK 150 million.

  • Bonava AB (BONAVA) sells a total of 137 rental apartments in Finland; BONAVA is selling 76 rental apartments in Turku, Finland, to the investor Taaleri and 61 rental apartments in Tampere to the investor eQ. The transactions amount to EUR 27 million and the first housing units are expected to be completed and handed over to the customer in the third quarter of 2023.

 

  • Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) has been awarded a $130.53M contract modification (P00032) to previously awarded contract FA8210-17-C-0001 for the Advanced Radar Threat System – Variant 2 (ARTS-V2).

 

  • W. P. Carey Inc. (WPC) Increases Quarterly Dividend; WPC reported that its Board of Directors increased its quarterly cash dividend to $1.059 per share, equivalent to an annualized dividend rate of $4.24 per share. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2022 to stockholders of record as of June 30, 2022.

 

  • TELUS Corporation (TSE:T) announces agreement to acquire LifeWorks; T announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with LifeWorks, Inc. (TSX: LWRK) pursuant to which T will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of LifeWorks for $33.00 per LifeWorks common share, representing total offer consideration of approximately $2.3 billion, and the assumption of net debt of approximately $600 million.

 

June 17, 2022

 

  • Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) is awarded a $578.25M firm-fixed-price modification (P00001) to a previously awarded contract (N0001922C0032).
