- Duke Energy Corporation (DUK) Increases Quarterly Dividend; DUK declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.985, an increase of $0.02 per share. This dividend is payable on Sept. 16, 2021 to shareholders of record at the close of business Aug. 13, 2021.
- Dominion Energy, Inc. (D) and Berkshire Hathaway Energy Agree to Terminate Sale of Questar Pipelines; The decision is a result of ongoing uncertainty associated with achieving clearance from the Federal Trade Commission under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976. The decision has no impact on the sale of gas transmission and storage assets to Berkshire Hathaway Energy completed in November 2020. That sale represented approximately 80% of the original transaction value.
- Emerson Electric Co. (EMR) to Sell Daniel Measurement and Control Business to Turnspire Capital Partners; EMR announced an agreement to sell its Daniel Measurement and Control Business to Turnspire Capital Partners. Daniel’s ultrasonic flowmeter and fiscal transfer system businesses are not included in the transaction. The transaction is expected to close in Emerson’s 2021 fiscal year and includes all of Daniel’s brand rights, facilities, intellectual property and personnel.

- T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (TROW) Reports Preliminary Month-End Assets Under Management for June 2021; TROW reported preliminary month-end assets under management of $1.62 trillion as of June 30, 2021.
- Lazard Ltd (LAZ) Reports June 2021 Assets Under Management; LAZ reported that its preliminary assets under management (“AUM”) as of June 30, 2021 totaled approximately $277.4 billion. Preliminary average assets under management for the quarter ended June 30, 2021 were $275.9 billion.

- Kesko Corporation's (KESKO) comparable sales continued to grow in June; KESKO Group's sales totalled €1,073.7 million in June 2021, representing an increase of 10.4% in comparable terms on the previous year.
- Tele2 AB (TEL2) Interim Report Second Quarter 2021; TEL2 reports second quarter earnings per share of SEK 1.97, 52.7% higher than the prior year. Revenue increased 0.4% to SEK 6,572 million.
- Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. (WBA) Increases Quarterly Dividend; WBA announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 47.75 cents per share, an increase of 2.1 percent. The increased dividend is payable September 10, 2021 to stockholders of record as of August 20, 2021, and raises the annual rate from $1.87 per share to $1.91 per share.
- Eaton Corporation plc (ETN): New milestones reached in the sale of Eaton’s Hydraulics business to Danfoss; ETN announce that DOJ has filed a proposed settlement in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia today that, if approved by the court, resolves the DOJ’s concerns with Danfoss’s acquisition of Eaton’s Hydraulics business. Second the European Commission approved Interpump as a suitable purchaser of the orbital motor and steering assets. These assets were required to be divested by the European Commission under the conditional approval granted in March 2021.

- Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P. (BIP, BIPC) Intends to File a Revised Offer to Purchase Inter Pipeline Ltd.; BIP, BIPC to increase the consideration under the Offer to, at the election of IPL shareholders, either $20.00 in cash or 0.25 of a BIPC Share for each IPL share, subject to proration in the case of the BIPC Shares.
July 16, 2021
- Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P. (BIP, BIPC) Completes Sale of North American District Energy Business for $4.1 Billion; announces that it has completed the sale of 100% of its North American district energy business, Enwave. The business has been divested through two separate transactions for total consideration of $4.1 billion on an enterprise value basis.
- Kinder Morgan, Inc. (KMI) to Purchase Renewable Natural Gas Developer Kinetrex Energy; KMI announced it has agreed to acquire Indianapolis-based Kinetrex Energy from an affiliate of Parallel49 Equity. $310 million acquisition includes two small-scale, domestic LNG production and fueling facilities, a 50% interest in a landfill RNG facility, and three additional RNG facilities with signed commercial arrangements.
