  • Bonava AB (BONAVA) acquires land for 120 housing units in Axelsberg, Stockholm; BONAVA has signed an agreement to acquire 120 building rights in Axelsberg, Stockholm from Rikshem. The transaction is valued at SEK 229 million and is contingent upon the expected approval of a zoning plan in early 2022. The first housing units are expected to be completed and handed over to the customer in the fourth quarter of 2024.

  • Bonava AB (BONAVA) sells 162 rental apartments in Västerås; Bonava has sold 162 Nordic Swan ecolabelled rental apartments in Västerås to the German property investor PATRIZIA AG. The transaction amounts to about SEK 435 million and the first housing units are expected to be completed and handed over to the customer in the fourth quarter of 2023.

  • Cisco Systems, Inc. (CSCO) Completes Acquisition of Socio Labs; CSCO announced the completion of the acquisition of privately-held, U.S.-based Socio Labs, Inc. Socio is a modern event technology platform that manages the full lifecycle of multi-session, multi-track virtual, in-person and hybrid conferences – from registration to post-event analytics.

 

July 9, 2021

 

  • NCC AB (NCC) to construct a further 155 apartments in Danderyd; NCC, in partnership with Aros Bostad, is to construct around 155 apartments in the second phase of the new Invernesshöjden residential block in the Östra Mörbylund district of Danderyd. The project has an order value of approximately SEK 320 million.

 

  • Kinder Morgan, Inc. (KMI) Closes on Stagecoach Assets; KMI closed on its previously announced acquisition of the business of Stagecoach Gas Services LLC (Stagecoach). The Stagecoach assets include 4 natural gas storage facilities with a total FERC-certificated working gas capacity of 41 billion cubic feet and a network of FERC-regulated natural gas transportation pipelines with multiple interconnects to major interstate natural gas pipelines, including Tennessee Gas Pipeline (TGP), a KMI subsidiary.

 

  • Altria Group, Inc. (MO) Reaches Agreement to Sell Its Ste. Michelle Wine Estates Business; MO announced that its subsidiary, UST LLC, has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Ste. Michelle Wine Estates (Ste. Michelle) business to Sycamore Partners Management, L.P in an all-cash transaction with a purchase price of approximately $1.2 billion. Altria’s net cash proceeds will be subject to customary net working capital and other adjustments at closing.
