- I closed my position in Kontoor Brands, Inc. (KTB) by selling 11 shares at $77.30 per share, excluding commission. Based on the current exchange rate, this divestment will reduce my expected annual net dividend income by approximately €15.00.

- Mandatum plc (MANTA): Sale of Saxo Bank shares held by Mandatum has been completed; MANTA announced on 10 March 2025 that it had agreed to sell all of its shares in Saxo Bank A/S to Bank J. Safra Sarasin AG. The completion of the transaction was subject to obtaining certain standard regulatory and other approvals. All required approvals have been obtained, and the transaction was completed on 2 March 2026.

- BW LPG Limited (BWLP) Financial Results for Q4 2025; BWLP reported GAAP EPS of $0.69, up from $0.22. Revenue increased 40.4% year over year to $258.21 million, beating estimates by $41.03 million. TCE income – Shipping was US$195.9 million for Q4 2025 (Q4 2024: US$127.6 million), representing an increase of US$68.3 million from Q4 2024.
- H2O America (HTO) Announces Pricing of Offering of Common Stock with Forward Component; HTO announced it has set the price for its public offering of 11,484,824 shares of common stock at $53.00 per share.
- Target Corporation (TGT) Reports Fourth Quarter and Full-Year 2025 Earnings; TGT reported fourth-quarter non-GAAP EPS of $2.44, up 1.24% year over year and $0.28 above analyst expectations. Revenue totaled $30.45 billion, down 1.5% from the same quarter last year and in line with estimates. For full-year 2026, management guides Net sales growth of around 2% compared with 2025, GAAP and adjusted EPS in the range of $7.50 to $8.50.
- Best Buy Co., Inc. (BBY) Reports Fourth Quarter Results; BBY reported fourth-quarter non-GAAP EPS of $2.61, up 1.16% year-over-year and $0.14 above analyst expectations. Revenue decreased 1.0% to $13.81 billion, missing estimates by $70 million. Management guides FY27 revenue between $41.2 billion and $42.1 billion and Adjusted diluted EPS to be between $6.30and $6.60.
- Best Buy Co., Inc. (BBY) Increases Quarterly Dividend; BBY announced its board of directors approved a 1% increase in the regular quarterly cash dividend to $0.96 per common share. The quarterly dividend is payable on April 14, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 24, 2026.
- Kontoor Brands, Inc. (KTB) Reports 2025 Fourth Quarter and Full Year Results; KTB reported fourth-quarter non-GAAP earnings per share of $1.73, a 26% year-over-year increase and $0.09 above analyst expectations. Revenue totaled $1.02 billion, beating estimates by $43.823 million and rising 45.9% compared to the same period last year. Management guides its full-year 2026 outlook, expecting revenue to be in the range of $3.40 to $3.45 billion and adjusted EPS expected to be in the range of $6.40 to $6.50.

- RTX Corporation (RTX) has been awarded a firm-fixed-price contract for new kit hardware and services, including procurement, installation, inspection, logistics support, program management, and support for the Patriot Program under Foreign Military Sales case AE-B-ZUW for the United Arab Emirates.
- Capital Power Corporation (TSE: CPX) Reports Fourth Quarter and Year-End 2025 Results; CPX reported a quarterly adjusted loss of 12 cents per share for the quarter ended December 31, lower than the same quarter last year, when the company reported EPS of C$1.75. The mean expectation of analysts for the quarter was for earnings of C$0.73. Adjusted funds from operations (AFFO) rose to C$244 million, up from C$182 million in the prior-year quarter. Revenue and other income grew to C$1.08 billion for the three months from C$853 million in the same period of 2024, analysts expected C$1.02 billion.

- South Bow Corporation (SOBO) Reports Fourth-Quarter 2025 Results; SOBO reported GAAP EPS of $0.75 for the quarter, beating analyst expectations by $0.35 and representing a 66.7% increase year over year. Revenue totaled $503 million, up 2.7% from the prior year and surpassing estimates by $2.43 million. For fiscal 2026, management expects normalized EBITDA of approximately $1.03 billion and distributable cash flow of approximately $655 million.
- Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNQ) Announces 2025 Fourth Quarter Results; CNQ reported fourth-quarter non-GAAP EPS of C$0.82, down from C$0.93 in the same quarter last year but C$0.12 above analyst expectations. Revenue grew to C$9.6 billion from C$9.47 billion of the previous year. Management raised its 2026 production forecast to 1.62-1.67 million boepd, from 1.59-1.65 million boepd projected earlier.
- Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNQ) Increases Quarterly Dividend; CNQ announces that its Board of Directors approved a 6.4% increase to its quarterly cash dividend on its common shares to C$0.625 per common share, up from the previous quarterly cash dividend of C$0.5875 per common share. The dividend will be payable on April 7, 2026 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 20, 2026.

- Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. (AQN) Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2025 Financial Results; AQN reported fourth-quarter non-GAAP EPS of $0.06, unchanged from the same period last year and $0.01 above analyst expectations. Revenue increased 7.8% year over year to $630.7 million, surpassing analyst estimates by $23.86 million. For 2026, management expects adjusted net EPS to be in the range of $0.35 to $0.37.
