March 23, 2026

• Gilead Sciences, Inc. (GILD) to Acquire Ouro Medicines; GILD announced it would acquire privately held Ouro Medicines, a biotech company developing T cell engager therapies for autoimmune diseases. The agreement includes $1.675 billion in upfront cash, plus up to $500 million in potential milestone payments.

March 24, 2026

• NCC AB (NCC) to construct new residential care facility in Svalöv; NCC will partner with Svalövs Samhällslokaler to construct Lantlyckan – a modern residential care facility with 56 apartments. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 200 million.

• The Home Depot, Inc. (HD) Subsidiary SRS Distribution Enters into Agreement to Acquire Wholesale HVAC Distributor Mingledorff's; SRS Distribution, a subsidiary of HD, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Mingledorff's, a wholesale distributor of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment, parts and supplies, serving residential and commercial customers through 42 locations in five states across the southeastern U.S. The closing of the acquisition is expected to be completed during the second quarter of fiscal 2026. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

• Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) Rotary and Mission Systems has been awarded an IDIQ contract valued at approximately $478 million for engineering and technical support, along with the production of the Integrated Submarine Imaging System for both new-construction and active submarines. The agreement includes options that, if exercised, could increase the cumulative contract value to approximately $1.19 billion.

March 26, 2026

• NCC AB (NCC) signs agreement for initial earth and groundworks at new Järfälla waterworks; NCC and Norrvatten have signed an agreement covering the two main initial stages of the construction of a new waterworks in Järfälla. The new waterworks, which will strengthen capacity for drinking water production for 14 municipalities in northern Stockholm, will be built next to the existing Görväln waterworks. The order is valued at approximately SEK 500 million, of which SEK 360 million will be registered in the first quarter of 2026.

• RTX Corporation (RTX) has been awarded a contract modification valued at $773.5 million, bringing the total value of its radar development contract to $2.246 billion, up from $1.472 billion.
