My Portfolio's Transactions:

August 4, 2020

  • I purchased 25 shares of Starbucks Corporation (SBUX) at $ 74.95 per share plus commission.

With current quarterly dividend ($ 0.41), my last purchase 25 shares of SBUX will increase € 25.91 ($ 30.55) of expected annual net dividend income. After this acquisition, the SBUX's weight of my portfolio is about 0.54% and its share of future annual passive income is approximately 0.28%.

August 5, 2020

  • I sold 200 shares of Neste Corporation (NESTE) at € 39.61 per share plus commission.

I reduced my holding in Neste Corporation by selling 200 shares. The reason for the decrease was that Neste's share in my portfolio had grown very big. Before the deduction, its share of my portfolio was around 10 percent and its share of future annual passive income was about 5.5 percent. After this deduction the weight is around 8.3 percent and its proportion of income about 4.7 percent, depending on currency rates. This action will reduce my annual passive net income of around EUR 137.
