My Portfolio's Transactions:



March 26, 2025


  • I purchased 60 shares of Brookfield Renewable Corporation (BEPC) at $27.85 per share plus commission.



At today's exchange rate, that purchase 60 shares of BEPC will increase €61.83 of my expected annual net dividend income. Following this acquisition, the portfolio now contains a total of 320 Brookfield Renewable Corporation shares at an average purchase price of $26.54 and yield on cost is 5.62%. After this acquisition, BEPC ’s weight of my portfolio is about 1.15% and its share of future annual dividend income is approximately 1.42%.

March 24, 2025


  • Tietoevry Corporation (TIETO) to sell its Tech Services business; TIETO has entered into an agreement to divest its Tietoevry Tech Services business to funds advised by Agilitas Private Equity LLP (“Agilitas”). The purchase price for the divested operations amounts to EUR 300 million, of which EUR 70 million is in the form of earn-out payments subject to fulfilment of certain performance milestones in 2026 and 2027 and payable in form of vendor loans. The transaction is expected to be closed during the third quarter of 2025.


  • Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) has been awarded a $238M modification to a previously awarded U.S. Navy contract.


March 25, 2025


  • NCC AB (NCC) to build new swim center in Karlskoga; NCC has been commissioned by Karlskoga Municipality to construct a new swim center adjacent to the Nobelhallen sports facility in Karlskoga. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 440 million.


  • Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) Missiles and Fire Control (NYSE:LMT) has been awarded a $208.12M modification by the U.S. Air Force to a previously awarded contract for air guided missile-158D development, test, and integration efforts.


  • General Dynamics Corporation (GD) has been awarded a $1.06B contract action modification by the U.S. Navy to a previously awarded contract for long lead time material associated with the Virginia-class Block VI submarines.

    When did you buy BW LPG? Cannot see that you have written about it. Thank you for your blog!

      Hi, I have not bought them, the owners of Avance Gas received one share of BW LPG for every four shares of Avance when Avance sold its assets to BW LPG.
