  • I closed my Crown Castle Inc. (CCI) position by selling 20 shares at $104.04 per share plus commission.


At today's exchange rate, this sale of 20 CCI shares will reduce €85.64 of my expected annual net dividend income.

March 17, 2025



  • Chevron Corporation (CVX) buys 5% stake in Hess Corporation (HES); Between January and March 2025, CVX purchased 15,380,000 shares of Hess Corporation common stock at prevailing market prices in open market transactions. The number of shares purchased represents approximately 4.99% of the shares of Hess common stock outstanding as of January 31, 2025.


  • PepsiCo, Inc. (PEP) to Acquire poppi; PEP announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire poppi, a fast-growing prebiotic soda brand, for $1.95 billion, including $300 million of anticipated cash tax benefits for a net purchase price of $1.65 billion.


  • Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) has been awarded a $213M modification to a previously awarded contract for Sentinel radar systems and spares growth kits.


March 18, 2025


  • QUALCOMM Incorporated (QCOM) Increases Quarterly Dividend; QCOM announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in the Company’s quarterly cash dividend from $0.85 to $0.89 per share of common stock. This dividend increase will be effective for quarterly dividends payable after March 27, 2025.


  • LyondellBasell Industries N.V. (LYB) and Covestro announce permanent closure of PO11 unit at Maasvlakte; LYB and Covestro have jointly decided to permanently close the Propylene Oxide Styrene and Monomer (POSM) production unit (PO11) at the Maasvlakte site in the Netherlands. This decision comes after thorough and careful consideration and is driven by the continued pressure on Maasvlakte's profitability due to global overcapacities, a strong increase of imports from Asia and high costs of European production.


  • Digital Realty Trust, Inc. (DLR) Enters Indonesia Through Formation of New Joint Venture; DLR announced the formation of Digital Realty Bersama, a 50-50 joint venture (JV) to develop and operate data centers across Indonesia. DLR contributed approximately $100 million upon closing for a 50% interest in the data centers and adjacent land, which will support further expansion. In addition to its equity interest, Digital Realty will receive property management and development fees from the JV.

  • Power Corporation of Canada (TSE:POW) Reports Fourth Quarter and 2024 Financial Results; POW reported quarterly adjusted earnings of C$1.28 per share for the quarter ended December 31, higher than the same quarter last year, when the company reported EPS of C$0.89. The mean expectation of analysts for the quarter was for earnings of C$1.39 per share. Adjusted net asset value per share was $60.44 at December 31, 2024, compared with $53.53 at December 31, 2023. Book value per share was $35.56 at December 31, 2024, compared with $32.49 at December 31, 2023.



March 20, 2025


  • Unilever PLC (AMS:UNA) to sell The Vegetarian Butcher to Vivera; UNA announced that it has received a binding offer from Vivera to acquire The Vegetarian Butcher. The binding offer is subject to the usual closing conditions, regulatory requirements, and consultation processes. Completion is expected by Q3 2025. Financial terms of the binding offer are undisclosed.


  • Golar LNG Limited (GLNG) Signs Finance Lease Agreements for FLNG Gimi; GLNG announced that it has entered into finance lease agreements with a consortium of leading Chinese leasing companies for the refinancing of the existing FLNG Gimi debt facility. The sale leaseback facility will be approximately $1.2 billion. The transaction is subject to closing conditions including documentation and third-party approvals. The facility is expected to close within Q2 2025.


March 21, 2025


  • Brookfield Infrastructure (BIP, BIPC) Announces Sale of NGPL Amidst Strong Capital Recycling Momentum; BIP signed an agreement to sell its remaining 25% interest in its U.S. gas pipeline to one of the business’s existing owners. This sale represents a complete and successful exit of the business, generating total proceeds of over $1.7 billion, crystalizing an attractive 18% IRR and a 3x multiple of capital on our investment since our recapitalization in 2015. This transaction, when combined with the financing completed in advance of the sale, will have generated total proceeds of over $900 million in the last 18 months. The net proceeds received from the sale represents a 1.8x multiple of our current carrying value.


  • RTX Corporation (RTX) has been awarded a $141.05 million firm-fixed-price modification to a previously awarded contract to procure Standard Missile-2 ((SM-2)) production spares.
