  • I purchased 25 shares of JPM US Equity Premium Income Active UCITS ETF USD Dist (JEIP.DE) at €23.42 per share plus commission.


Based on the latest announcement, for April JEIP pays a dividend of $0.1726. During the four month period, JEIP has declared a total dividend of $0.5063, if the dividend remains at this level in the future, it will be $1.5189 per year. At today's exchange rate, that purchase 25 shares of JEIP will increase €24.52 of my expected annual net dividend income. After this acquisition my yield on cost is 6.25%, JEIP’s weight of my portfolio is about 0.36% and its share of future annual dividend income is approximately 0.49%. For now, my plan is to increase the amount of JEIP in my portfolio on a monthly basis.


  • I purchased 26 shares of JPM Nasdaq Equity Premium Income Active UCITS ETF USD Dist (JEQP.DE) at €23.31 per share plus commission.


Based on the latest announcement, for April JEPQ pays a dividend of $0.2375. During the four month period, JEQP has declared a total dividend of $0.7386, if the dividend remains at this level in the future, it will be $2.2158 per year. At today's exchange rate, that purchase 26 shares of JEQP will increase €37.20 of my expected annual net dividend income. After this acquisition my yield on cost is 8.99%, JEQP’s weight of my portfolio is about 0.36% and its share of future annual dividend income is approximately 0.72%. For now, my plan is to increase the amount of JEIP in my portfolio on a monthly basis.


March 7, 2025


  • I purchased 50 shares of Canadian Natural Resources Limited (TSE:CNQ) at C$40.75 per share plus commission.


At today's exchange rate, that purchase 50 shares of CNQ will increase €56.24 of my expected annual net dividend income. Following this acquisition, the portfolio now contains a total of 350 CNQ shares at an average purchase price of C$45.09 and yield on cost is 5.21%. After this acquisition, CNQ ’s weight of my portfolio is about 1.25% and its share of future annual dividend income is approximately 1.71%.

  • Target Corporation (TGT) Reports Fourth Quarter and Full-Year 2024 Earnings; TGT reported Non-GAAP EPS of $2.41, beating analyst estimates by $0.16 but decreasing 19.1% year-over-year. Revenue decreased 3.1% year-over-year to $30.92 billion, but exceeding estimates by $90 million. Management expects full-year EPS of $8.80 to $9.80. Net sales growth in a range around 1% is anticipated, reflecting comparable sales growth in a range around flat.


  • Best Buy Co., Inc. (BBY) Reports Fourth Quarter Results; BBY reported its fiscal fourth-quarter results, with adjusted earnings per share (EPS) of $2.58, a 5.2% decrease from the previous year, but surpassing analyst expectations by $0.17. Revenue declined 4.7% to $13.95 billion, exceeding estimates by $250 million. For fiscal year 2026, Best Buy projects revenue between $41.4 billion and $42.2 billion and adjusted diluted EPS ranging from $6.20 to $6.60.


  • Best Buy Co., Inc. (BBY) Increases Quarterly Dividend; BBY has announced a 1% increase in its regular quarterly dividend, raising it from $0.94 to $0.95 per share. This dividend is scheduled for payment on April 15, 2025, to shareholders who are on record as of the close of business on March 25, 2025.

  • General Dynamics Corporation (GD) Increases Quarterly Dividend; The board of directors of GD declared a regular quarterly dividend of $1.50 per share on the company’s common stock, payable May 9, 2025, to shareholders of record on April 11, 2025. This is the 28th consecutive annual dividend increase authorized by the General Dynamics board and represents a 5.6% increase over last year’s dividend.


  • South Bow Corporation (SOBO) Reports Fourth-quarter and Year-end 2024 Results, Provides 2025 Outlook; SOBO reported fiscal Q4 GAAP EPS of $0.26. Revenue for the quarter that ended Dec. 31 was $488 million, down from $540 million a year earlier. For 2025 distributable cash flow is expected to be approximately $535 million, within a range of 3%, which South Bow will use to fund its expected annual dividend of $416 million ($2.00/share), subject to approval and declaration by the Board, and investments required to continue advancing the Blackrod Connection Project.

  • Nordea Bank Abp (NDA) to launch share buy-back programme; NDA has received approval from the European Central Bank (ECB) for further share buy-backs of €250 million, and Nordea’s Board of Directors has today in accordance with the authorisation granted by the 2024 Annual General Meeting decided on a share buy-back programme of up to €250 million. The programme will commence on 10 March 2025 or as soon as possible after that date.



  • Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNQ) Announces 2024 Fourth Quarter and Year End Results; CNQ reported quarterly adjusted EPS of C$0.93, lower than C$1.17 from the same period last year and in line with analyst expectations. Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was CA$9.47 billion, compared with CA$9.55 billion a year earlier, while analysts expected CA$9.46 billion. CNQ achieved record quarterly average production of 1,470,428 BOE/d in Q4/24, consisting of record liquids production of 1,090,002 bbl/d and record natural gas production of 2,283 Mmcf/d.


  • Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNQ) Increases Quarterly Dividend; CNQ announces that its Board of Directors approved a 4% increase to its quarterly cash dividend on its common shares to C$0.5875 per common share, up from the previous quarterly cash dividend of $0.5625 per common share. The dividend will be payable on April 4, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 21, 2025.
