- NCC AB (NCC) to build offices in Danish city of Middelfart; NCC has been commissioned by the investment company Selfinvest to construct a 12,400-square-meter office building in the city of Middelfart in Funen, Denmark. The order value is approximately SEK 630 million.
- Dominion Energy, Inc. (D) Advances Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind Commercial Project; D's Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind (CVOW) commercial project reached a major regulatory milestone today when the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management announced it has completed its environmental analysis of the 2.6-gigawatt project planned off the Virginia Beach coast.
- Collins Aerospace, a subsidiary of RTX Corporation (RTX) is awarded a $280.44M modification (P00005) to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price, ID/IQ contract.
- RTX Corporation (RTX) doing business as Pratt and Whitney Military Engines is awarded a $163.26M cost-plus-incentive-fee, fixed-price incentive (firm-target) modification (P00020) to a previously awarded contract (N0001920C0011).
- L3Harris Technologies, Inc. (LHX) was awarded a maximum of $125.13 million firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity for spares and repair parts for very small aperture terminal transmission systems contract by the Defense Logistics Agency.

- NextEra Energy, Inc. (NEE) announces sale agreement for Florida City Gas and reaffirms long-term outlook; NEE announced its Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) subsidiary has entered into a definitive agreement to sell Florida City Gas (FCG) to Chesapeake Utilities Corporation (NYSE: CPK) (Chesapeake Utilities) for $923 million in cash. Management is reaffirming that its long-term financial expectations remain unchanged, seeing adjusted earnings of $2.98-$3.13/share for 2023 and $3.23-$3.43/share for 2024, while expecting to grow 6%-8% for 2025 and 2026 off the 2024 adjusted EPS guidance range.

- Neste Corporation (NESTE) decides on payment of a second extraordinary dividend; After having considered the current business environment, the Board of Directors of NESTE has decided on the payment of a second extraordinary dividend of EUR 0.25 per share. The second extraordinary dividend will be paid on Friday, 6 October 2023.
- NCC AB (NCC) to build training hall for the Swedish Fortifications Agency in Halmstad; NCC has been commissioned by the Swedish Fortifications Agency to construct a building for storage and training for the Swedish Armed Forces at the LV6 Air Defence Regiment in Halmstad, Sweden. The project is a construction contract and the order value is approximately SEK 660 million.
- Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) has been awarded a $175.9 million firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract and a $188.02 million fixed-price incentive, a cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to a previously awarded undefinitized indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.

- Philip Morris International Inc. (PM) Presents the Company’s Next Growth Phase; PM outlined robust targets for its compound annual growth from 2024 to 2026: Net revenue compound annual growth of 6% to 8% on an organic basis, Adjusted diluted EPS compound annual growth of 9% to 11%, excluding currency, $36B to $39B in total operating cash flow over the three-year period at prevailing exchange rates and $3.5B to $3.7B in total capital expenditures over the three-year period, with ~75% related to smoke-free products.
- RTX Corporation (RTX) doing business as Pratt and Whitney Military Engines is awarded a $305.61 million fixed-price incentive, cost-plus-incentive-fee advanced acquisition contract.
- L3Harris Technologies, Inc. (LHX) has been awarded a $112.67 million cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for artificial intelligence and machine learning platform research and development.

- NCC AB (NCC) to build the Sundborn School in Dalarna; NCC has been commissioned by Falu Municipality to build the Sundborn School in Sundborn, north of Falun in Dalarna. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 265 million.
- NCC AB (NCC) to construct swim center in Danish town of Vrå; NCC has been commissioned by Idrætscenter Vendsyssel (ICV) to construct a swim center in North Jutland, Denmark. The project is a turnkey contract, and the order value is approximately SEK 190 million.
