- ONEOK, Inc. (OKE) Files Permit Application for Proposed Natural Gas Border-Crossing Facilities at the U.S. and Mexico Border; OKE announced that its Saguaro Connector Pipeline subsidiary has filed a Presidential Permit application with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to construct and operate facilities for the exportation of natural gas at a new international border-crossing at the U.S. and Mexico border in Hudspeth County, Texas.
- General Mills, Inc. (GIS) Reports Fiscal 2023 Second-Quarter Results; GIS reports Non-GAAP EPS of $1.10, beating analyst estimates by $0.04 and increased 12% year-over-year. Revenue of $5.22billion beats analyst estimates by $30 million and increased 4.0% versus the same quarter last year. For FY2023 Management now expect organic net sales to increase 8 to 9 percent, compared to the previous expectation of 6 to 7 percent and adjusted diluted EPS is now expected to increase 4 to 6 percent in constant currency, compared to the previous range of up 2 to 5 percent in constant currency.
- Gilead's (GILD) Kite unit to acquire CAR T therapy developer Tmunity Therapeutics; GILD’s Kite division will acquire Tmunity Therapeutics, giving the former access to the latter's CAR T technology platform. Financial details were not disclosed.
- Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) was awarded a $382.12M modification contract to procure initial spares in support of F-35 Lightning II Lot 17 deliveries by the Naval Air Systems.
- Main Street Capital (MAIN) Announces New Portfolio Investment; MAIN announces that it recently completed a new portfolio investment to facilitate the minority recapitalization of World Micro Components, LLC. MAIN, along with its co-investor, partnered with the company's existing owner and senior management team to facilitate the transaction, with Main Street funding $18.1M in a combination of first lien, senior secured term debt and a direct minority equity investment.
- Magna International Inc. (MGA) to Acquire Veoneer Active Safety Business; MGA announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire the Veoneer Active Safety business from SSW Partners for $1.525 billion in cash. The transaction is expected to close near mid-year 2023, subject to certain regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.

- NCC AB (NCC) continues development of the Eastern Link in Luleå; NCC and Luleå Municipality will continue with a further expansion of the Eastern Link, which will secure the water supply for a growing Luleå. NCC has now been contracted to build Luleå’s largest wastewater pumping station (P040) and provide the water supply and sewerage infrastructure for the first and second phases of the Eastern Link. The order value is approximately SEK 160 million.
- General Dynamics Corporation (GD) was awarded a $5.13B modification to previously awarded contract to procure missile tube long-lead-time material; missile tube manufacturing; additional advance procurement, including advance construction and multi-program material-procurement, and production backup units.
- Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) was awarded a $412.6M contract for follow-on sustainment.

- NCC AB (NCC) to build 400 kV high-voltage power line in the Gothenburg area; Svenska kraftnät has contracted NCC to build a 400 kV overhead power transmission line, which will help to ensure electricity security in south-western Sweden. The project is a design-build contract in partnering form and the order value is approximately SEK 270 million.
- NCC AB (NCC) to build 179 apartments for Niam in Turku; NCC has signed an agreement with Niam for the construction of three residential buildings with a total of 179 rental apartments in the Herttuankulma area of Turku in Finland. The order value is approximately SEK 240 million.
- Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) Completes Acquisition of Abiomed; JNJ announced it has completed its acquisition of Abiomed, Inc. Abiomed is now part of Johnson & Johnson and will operate as a standalone business within Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech segment.

- Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) was awarded a $317.42M modification (P00009) to a previously awarded fixed-price incentive contract (N0001921C0723).
