  • 3M Company (MMM) Announces 2022 Guidance; MMM issues FY 2022 guidance for sales growth of 1%-4%, which implies total sales of $35.71B-$36.77B, in line with $36.73B analyst consensus estimate, and earnings of $10.15-$10.65/share.

  • Cisco Systems, Inc. (CSCO) Reports Second Quarter Earnings; CSCO reports Non-GAAP EPS of $0.84, a 6% increase from last year and $0.16 above estimates. Revenues also grew by 5.8% to $12.7 billion beating estimates by $30 million. CSCO increased dividend by 3% and authorized additional $15 billion for stock repurchase. Management guides for fiscal 2022 revenue growth will be 5.5% to 6.5% and Non-GAAP EPS will be $3.41 to $3.46



  • Nutrien Ltd (NTR) Increases Dividend and Announces Intent to Launch a New Share Repurchase Program; NTR’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.48 per share payable on April 14, 2022, to shareholders of record on March 31, 2022. This represents a four percent increase from the prior dividend declared on November 1, 2021 and equates to an annualized dividend of US$1.92 per share. The Board also approved the purchase of up to ten percent of the public float of Nutrien’s common shares over a one-year period through a normal course issuer bid.


  • Nutrien Ltd. (NTR) Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2021 Results; NTR reports Non-GAAP EPS of $2.47, beating estimates by $0.09 and 929% growth year-over-year. Revenues grew by 79.5% to $7.27 billion beating analyst estimates by $710 million. Management expects adjusted net earnings of $10.20 to $11.80 and adjusted EBITDA of $10.0 to $11.2 billion for FY2022.

  • ConocoPhillips (COP) Completes Purchase of Additional 10% Shareholding Interest in APLNG; COP announced through its Australian subsidiary that it has completed the purchase of an additional 10% shareholding interest in Australia Pacific LNG (APLNG) from Origin Energy for $1.645 billion. Based on the new 47.5% ownership interest and a full-year average Brent price of $78 per barrel, ConocoPhillips would expect approximately $1.8 billion of distributions from APLNG in 2022, with roughly $0.5 billion expected in the first quarter.
