- I purchased 50 shares of Koninklijke Ahold Delhaize N.V. (AMS:AD) at €31.87 per share, plus commission.
This purchase is expected to increase my annual net dividend income by approximately €43.58. Following the acquisition, my portfolio now holds a total of 150 AD shares, with an average purchase price of €26.62 per share and a yield on cost of 4.66%.
After the transaction, AD represents approximately 0.52% of my portfolio by weight and contributes around 0.52% to my projected annual dividend income.

- NCC AB (NCC) to construct junior high school in Turku; NCC has been commissioned by the municipal property company KOy Turun monitoimitilat to construct the new St Olof’s School in Turku. The project is a partnering contract, and the order value is approximately SEK 300 million.
August 11, 2026
- Cardinal Health, Inc. (CAH) Reports Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2026 Results and Provides Fiscal Year 2027 Guidance; CAH reported fourth-quarter non-GAAP diluted EPS of $2.91, up 40% year over year and $0.49 above analyst expectations. Excluding a one-time positive impact of $0.31 from the recognition of an IEEPA tariff refund, non-GAAP diluted EPS increased 25% to $2.60. Revenue rose 5.8% year over year to $63.67 billion but missed estimates by $1.44 billion. For fiscal 2027, management expects EPS of $12.40–$12.60 and reaffirmed its long-term EPS growth target of 12%–14% annually, while guiding for EPS growth of 13%–15% from the fiscal 2027 baseline.

- Sampo's plc (SAMPO) Reports Results for January-June 2026; SAMPO reported quarterly operating earnings per share of €0.17, up 6.3% year over year but €0.02 below analyst expectations. The underwriting result increased to €418 million from €393 million a year earlier, exceeding estimates by €9 million. Premium income for April–June totaled €2.44 billion, up from €2.26 billion in the prior-year period and above the €2.40 billion analyst consensus. Management raised its 2026 underwriting result guidance to €1.55–€1.625 billion from the previous range of €1.525–€1.625 billion.
- Cisco Systems, Inc. (CSCO) Reports Fourth Quarter Earnings; CSCO reported fourth-quarter non-GAAP EPS of $1.22, marking a 23% increase year over year and beating analyst expectations by $0.05. Revenue rose 17.6% to $17.25 billion, surpassing estimates by $420 million. Looking ahead, management issued first-quarter 2027 guidance projecting revenue between $18.0 billion and $18.2 billion alongside non-GAAP EPS of $1.32 to $1.34. For the full 2027 fiscal year, the company anticipates total revenue of $72.2 billion to $73.2 billion and a non-GAAP EPS ranging from $5.05 to $5.11.
- Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) was awarded a $211.4 million contract modification under a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) agreement with the United Arab Emirates. The modification brings the total contract value to $1.05 billion and covers the manufacture and production of new Configuration 3 THAAD launchers.
- T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (TROW) Reports Month-End Assets Under Management For July 2026; TROW reported month-end assets under management (AUM) of $1.87 trillion for July 2026, down 1.37% from the previous month. The company recorded net outflows of $8.2 billion during July.
- Metro Inc. (TSE:MRU) Reports Third Quarter 2026 Results; MRU reported third-quarter non-GAAP EPS of C$1.24, down 18.4% year over year and in line with analyst expectations. Revenue increased 1.5% to C$6.97 billion, slightly exceeding the consensus estimate of C$6.91 billion. The ongoing labour dispute at the company’s produce distribution centre in Laval resulted in an estimated $66 million after-tax impact, or C$0.32 per share, from lost profit and direct costs. The strike remains ongoing, and after four weeks of the fourth quarter, food same-store sales were down 1.5%. As there is no clear timeline for resolving the dispute, management expects fourth-quarter results to remain significantly affected.

- Mandatum plc (MANTA) Q2 2026 Interim Report; MANTA reported second-quarter 2026 EPS of €0.13, up from €0.06 in the prior-year period and €0.04 above analyst expectations. Fee and commission income increased 21% year over year to €22.4 million, exceeding the €22.0 million consensus estimate. Client assets under management (AUM) rose 16% year over year to €16.7 billion, compared with €14.4 billion a year earlier.
- Mandatum plc (MANTA) acquires Swedish asset manager Cliens and strengthens its position in Nordic asset management; MANTA has entered into an agreement to acquire 78.4% of the shares in Cliens Holding AB, the parent company of Swedish asset manager Cliens Kapitalförvaltning AB, headquartered in Stockholm. The purchase price is SEK 705 million, equivalent to approximately €64 million, subject to customary locked-box interest and other agreed adjustments. The transaction will be paid in cash at closing and financed from Mandatum’s existing liquidity reserves and capital.
- Golar LNG Limited (GLNG) Interim results for the period ended June 30, 2026; GLNG reported second-quarter adjusted EPS of $0.68, up from $0.26 in the prior-year quarter and $0.19 above analyst expectations. Revenue increased 72.4% year over year to $130.48 million, but fell $10.17 million short of consensus estimates. Management expects an annualized EBITDA run rate of approximately $800 million by 2028, once the Gimi, Hilli, and Esperanza projects are fully operational.
- Emerson Electric Co. (EMR) to Automate BP-Operated Shah Deniz Compression Project; EMR announced that it was awarded a multi-million-dollar contract by BP (BP) to provide automation systems for the $2.9 billion Shah Deniz compression project offshore Azerbaijan. The project is designed to support increased gas recovery from the Shah Deniz field in the Caspian Sea.

- Kesko Corporation’s (KESKO) sales in July; KESKO's sales continued to grow in July, in total by 5.9%. Sales grew in all three divisions. Sales for the grocery trade division increased by 3.9%. Sales for the building and technical trade division increased by 6.2% in comparable terms. Sales for car trade increased by 11.0% and sales for sports trade by 6.9%.
