  • Kesko Corporation’s (KESKO) sales in December; KESKO’s sales in December decreased by 6.4%, or by 7.3% in comparable terms. The number of delivery days was down by one year-on-year in grocery trade and by two in building and technical trade. One delivery day has an approximately 2-4 percentage point impact on Kesko’s wholesale. In car trade, sales decreased as new car sales declined. Sales of used cars and services continued to grow,” says Mikko Helander, Kesko’s President and CEO.



  • NCC AB (NCC) to build Ångermanland District Court; NCC has been commissioned by Härnösand Seminariet, a subsidiary of Smedjan Samhällsfastigheter AB, to carry out a refurbishment and extension project for Ångermanland District Court in Härnösand. The project is a turnkey contract with an order value of approximately SEK 180 million.



  • Lockheed Martin Corporation's (LMT) Rotary and Mission Systems has been awarded a $271.29 million modification to a previously awarded contract, under Foreign Military Sales Case JA-P-NCO.

  • NCC AB (NCC) to refurbish Ågården in Copenhagen; NCC is to refurbish the Ågården neighborhood in Copenhagen’s Nörrebro district and work will now begin. The assignment is the first project to be carried out within the framework of the fsb HJEM partnership, which includes NCC. The order value of the project is approximately SEK 225 million.


  • Kinder Morgan, Inc. (KMI) Reports Fourth Quarter 2023 Financial Results; KMI reports fourth quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $0.28, missing analyst estimates by $0.01 and decreasing 9.7% year-over-year. Revenue of $4.04 billion misses analyst estimates by $360 million and decreased 11.8% versus the same quarter last year. Management is updating its budget to incorporate the acquisition of the STX Midstream assets, which results in a final 2024 budgeted EPS of $1.22, up 15% versus 2023, DCF per share of $2.26, and Adjusted EBITDA of $8.16 billion, both up 8% versus 2023.



  • Main Street Capital (MAIN) Announces Preliminary Estimate of Fourth Quarter 2023 Operating Results; MAIN's preliminary estimate for Q4 net investment income is $1.06-$1.08 per share and for distributable net investment income is $1.11-$1.13 per share. MAIN's preliminary estimate of net asset value ("NAV") per share as of December 31, 2023 is $29.17 to $29.23, representing an increase of $0.84 to $0.90 per share, or 3.0% to 3.2%, from the NAV per share of $28.33 as of September 30, 2023, with this increase after the impact of the supplemental dividend paid in December 2023 of $0.275 per share.

  • Ally Financial Inc. (ALLY) reports fourth quarter and full year 2023 financial results; ALLY reports fourth quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $0.45, 58% below last year's result and in line with estimates. Revenue of $2.0 billion was in line with analysts' expectations but decreased by 9.1% compared to the same quarter last year. Provision for credit losses increased $97 million to $587 million compared to the prior-year quarter due to continued normalization in credit, partially offset by a release due to the pending sale of Ally Lending.
