Dividend Income - January 2023




January, the first month of the year, has passed and soon February will be coming to an end. So it's time to report my January dividend income.






My Total dividends in January are € 2,012.34 ($ 2,168.15). After taxes, my net dividend income is € 1,490.75 ($ 1,606.14). In year 2022, my net dividend income in January was € 1,361.58 ($ 1,540.03). My portfolio's net dividend income increased by € 129.17 or 9.5% to compared the same month of previous year. Compared to the previous year, there have been some changes to the dividend income of January: Two new dividend payers have joined to the portfolio, namely BBY and MPW and additional purchase such EIX and CM.TO. Compared to a year ago, the holdings also included some solid dividend increases like PEP, ITW and DLR.


This net passive income of € 1,490.75 means that I received a reasonable € 48.09 every day or € 2.00 per every hour during January, no matter what I did.





This month's dividend increased my cumulative net dividend income € 135,805.64.

  • My total expenditure for January was € 1,203.26.


  • My result for January was € 287.49.



I have now collected 6.62% of my target net passive income for this year, which is € 22,500.00.

  1. It looks like you really killed it in January. I was surprised to see such a large percentage of your income coming from your p2p loans. Regardless, it was a solid month. Keep up the good work!!!
