  • Unilever PLC (UL) announces the sale of Suave in North America; UL announced the sale of its Suave brand in North America to Yellow Wood Partners LLC. Financial terms of the agreement are undisclosed. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2023, subject to regulatory approvals and closing conditions.


  • The Coca-Cola Company (KO) Reports Fourth Quarter and Full-Year 2022 Results; KO reports Non-GAAP EPS of $0.45, in line with expectations and in line with year-over-year. Revenue grew 6.3% to $10.1 billion, topping estimates by $180 million. Full Year 2023 Management expects to deliver comparable currency neutral EPS (non-GAAP) growth of 7% to 9% and comparable EPS (non-GAAP) growth of 4% to 5%, versus $2.48 in 2022 . The company expects to generate free cash flow (non-GAAP) of approximately $9.5 billion through cash flow from operations of approximately $11.4 billion, less capital expenditures of approximately $1.9 billion.




  • Realty Income Corporation (O) Increase Monthly Dividend; O announced its Board of Directors has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.2545 per share from $0.2485 per share. The dividend is payable on March 15, 2023, to stockholders of record as of March 1, 2023, and represents a 3.2% increase over the year-ago period. This is the 119th dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994.


  • TC Energy Corporation (TRP) reports 2022 results; TRP reports Non-GAAP EPS of C$1.11, beating analyst estimates by C$0.01 and increased 5.7% year-over-year. Segmented losses of C$1.0 billion compared to segmented earnings of C$1.9 billion in 2021 and comparable EBITDA of C$2.7 billion compared to C$2.4 billion in 2021. Management reaffirmed 2023 financial outlook with comparable EBITDA expected to be five to seven per cent higher than 2022, while comparable earnings per common share is expected to be modestly higher than 2022.


  • TC Energy Corporation (TRP) Raises Quarterly Dividend; TRP announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of C$0.93 per share for the quarter ending March 31, 2023. This represents an increase of 3.3% over the prior quarterly dividend. The dividend is payable on April 28, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2023.

  • Koninklijke Ahold Delhaize N.V. (AMS:AD) Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2022 Results; AD reports diluted underlying EPS of €0.725, an increase of 22.6% over the prior year at actual rates. Revenue of €23.4 billion increased 15.9% versus the same quarter last year. Management propose a cash dividend of €1.05 for fiscal year 2022, which is a 10.5% increase compared to 2021. For FY23 Management guides underlying operating margin of ≥4.0%; underlying EPS to be around 2022 levels; free cash flow of approximately €2.0 billion; net capital expenditures of approximately €2.5 billion.


  • Cisco Systems, Inc. (CSCO) Reports Second Quarter Earnings; CSCO reports Non-GAAP EPS of $0.88, beating analyst estimates by $0.02 and increased 5.0% year-over-year. Revenue grew 7.1% to $13.6 billion, topping estimates by $190 million. For Q3 Management guides: Revenue 11% to 13% growth year over year, Earnings per Share: GAAP: $0.74 to $0.79; Non-GAAP: $0.96 to $0.98.


  • Cisco Systems, Inc. (CSCO) Increases Quarterly Dividend; CSCO declared a quarterly dividend of $0.39 per common share, a 1-cent increase or up 3%, over the previous quarter's dividend, to be paid on April 26, 2023 to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 5, 2023.


  • The Kraft Heinz Company (KHC) Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2022 Results; KHC reports fourth quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $0.85, 7.6% above from last year and $0.07 ahead of estimates. Revenue of $7,381 million beats analyst estimates by $151 million and increased 10.0% versus the same quarter last year. Management expects 2023 Organic Net Sales growth of 4 to 6 percent versus 2022, Adjusted EPS is expected to be $2.67 to $2.75.


  • Nutrien Ltd. (TSE:NTR) Reports Fourth Quarter and Full-Year 2022 Results; NTR reports Non-GAAP EPS of $2.02, missing analyst estimates by $0.55 and decreasing 18% year-over-year. Revenue of $7.53 billion beats analyst estimates by $120 million and increased 3.6% versus the same quarter last year. Management guides full-year 2023 adjusted EBITDA of $8.4 to $10.0 billion and full-year 2023 adjusted net earnings of $8.45 to $10.65 per share.


  • Nutrien Ltd. (TSE:NTR) Increases Quarterly Dividend; NTR announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.53 per share payable on April 13, 2023, to shareholders of record on March 31, 2023. This represents a 10 percent increase from the prior dividend declared on November 3, 2022 and equates to an annualized dividend of US$2.12 per share.



  • Manulife Financial Corporation (TSE:MFC) Announced Fourth Quarter and Full-Year 2022 Results; MFC reports Non-GAAP EPS of C$0.88, beating analyst estimates by C$0.07 and increased 4.76% year-over-year. Core ROE of 11.9% in 2022 and 13.2% in 4Q22 and ROE of 14.1% in 2022 and 14.4% in 4Q22. Management intention is to launch a Normal Course Issuer Bid ("NCIB") that permits repurchase of up to 3% of outstanding common shares subject to the approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange.


  • Manulife Financial Corporation (TSE:MFC) Increases Dividend; MFC announced an increase of 11% or 3.5 cents per share to its quarterly dividend resulting in a dividend of $0.365 per share, payable on and after March 20, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 28, 2023.

  • The Coca-Cola Company (KO) Increases Dividend; The Board of Directors of KO approved raising the quarterly dividend approximately 4.6 percent from 44 cents to 46 cents per common share. The quarterly dividend is equivalent to an annual dividend of $1.84 per share, up from $1.76 per share in 2022. The first quarter dividend is payable April 3 to shareowners of record as of March 17.


  • Digital Realty Trust, Inc. (DLR) Reports Fourth Quarter 2022 Results; DLR reports FFO of $1.65, missing analyst estimates by $0.03 and decreasing 1.2% year-over-year. Revenue of $1.23 billion beats analyst estimates by $20 million and increased 10.8% versus the same quarter last year. For FY23 Management introduced its 2023 Core FFO per share outlook of $6.65-$6.75.

  • NextEra Energy, Inc. (NEE) Increases Quarterly Dividend; NEE declared a regular quarterly common stock dividend of $0.4675 per share, an approximate 10% increase versus the prior-year comparable quarterly dividend. The dividend is payable on March 15, 2023, to shareholders of record on Feb. 28, 2023.
