  • Update on NCC’s AB (NCC) earnings; NCC’s operating profit for the third quarter will be negatively impacted by the economic situation, driven primarily by the asphalt operations in the Industry business area. Unrelated to this, a small number of residential projects in Sweden will also be subject to impairment as a result of inadequate project management.

 

 

September 27, 2022

 

  • NCC AB (NCC) to construct 144 new prison places in Mariestad; On behalf of Specialfastigheter, NCC will conduct the initial works for construction of new prison places at the Rödjan prison in Mariestad. The assignment will take place under the parties’ strategic partnering agreement, and planning and design will commence immediately. The potential order value of the contract is approximately SEK 900 million.

 

 

 

  • Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) was awarded a $115.35M firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for diminishing manufacturing sources parts for F-35 Lightning II program for the Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, non-U.S. Department of Defense participants, and Foreign Military Sales customers.

 

 

September 28, 2022

 

  • NCC AB (NCC) expands electricity supply in southern Stockholm; NCC has now commenced the refurbishment of one of Stockholm’s oldest national grid stations in Hammarby Sjöstad. The new main distribution station will have increased capacity and pave the way for the development of southern Stockholm. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form on behalf of Ellevio.

 

  • Starbucks Corporation (SBUX) Announces Increase in Quarterly Cash Dividend; SBUX announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increase an 8.2% in the company’s quarterly cash dividend from $0.49 to $0.53 per share. This increase will be effective with the dividend payment to be distributed on November 25, 2022, to shareholders of record on November 11, 2022, and raises the company’s annual dividend rate to $2.12 per share.

 

 

  • Raytheon Technologies Corporation’s (RTX) Pratt and Whitney Military Engines awarded a not-to-exceed $277.92M modification (P00007) to a previously awarded cost-plus-incentive-fee, fixed-price-incentive-firm-target undefinitized contract (N0001920C0011).

 

 

  • Fortis Inc. (FTS) Announces Quarterly Dividend Increase; FTS declared a common share dividend of $0.565 per share, representing an approximate 6% increase in the quarterly dividend, payable on December 1, 2022 to the common Shareholders of Record at the close of business on November 17, 2022, marking 49 consecutive years of increased dividends.

  • Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) awarded a not-to-exceed ~$152.33M fixed-price-incentive-firm-target, cost-plus-fixed-fee undefinitized ID/IQ contract.

 

  • Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) awarded a $272.98M modification (P00060) to contract W31P4Q-20-C-0023 for services, hardware, facilities, equipment, and all technical, planning, management, manufacturing, and testing efforts to produce Phased Array Tracking Radar to Intercept on Target Advanced Capability-3 missiles.

  • Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) awarded a $350.4M cost-plus-incentive-fee and cost-plus-fixed-fee un-priced letter contract modification (PH0008) to a previously awarded and announced unpriced letter contract (N00030-22-C-1025).

 

  • Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) awarded a $265.59M modification (P00023) cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price order (N0001920F0571) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001919G0008).

 

  • Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) awarded a ~$232.78M cost-plus-incentive-fee contract to procure material and support equipment for depot maintenance facilities and unit level support equipment, as well as to provide program administrative support for non-recurring sustainment activities and supplies, services, and planning for depot standup and expansion in support of the for the F-35 Lightning II Program.

 

  • Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) awarded a $225.64M cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for AIM-9X Block II and Block II+ System Improvement Program Increment IV to include hardware and software development to the AIM-9X system as well as test and integration of developed hardware and capabilities.
