  • I purchased 5 shares of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (TROW) at $ 137.45 per share plus commission

 

At today's exchange rate that purchase 5 shares of TROW will increase € 16.53 of my expected annual net dividend income. After this acquisition, TROW’s weight of my portfolio is about 0.45% and its share of future annual dividend income is approximately 1.09%.

  • Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) Reports Q1 2022 Results; JNJ reports first quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $2.67, an improvement of 3.1% from the last year and $0.10 above estimates. Revenue grew 4.8% to $23.4 billion, which was $210 million lower than expected. Management is maintaining 2022 full-year guidance for adjusted operational earnings per share and base business operational sales.

 

  • Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) Announces Dividend Increase; JNJ announced that its Board of Directors has declared a 6.6% increase in the quarterly dividend, from $1.06 per share to $1.13 per share. JNJ has now increased quarterly dividend for the 60th consecutive year.

 

 

  • Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) awarded a $396.73M fixed-price-incentive modification (P00011) to exercise options under a previously awarded contract (N0003021C0100) for Trident II (D5) missile production and deployed systems support.

  • Kinder Morgan, Inc. (KMI) Reports First Quarter 2022 Results and Increases Dividend; KMI reports first quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $0.32, down 47% year-over-year but $0.04 higher than expected. Revenue decreased 17.7% to $4.29 billion, but was $540 million higher than expected. For FY2022, the company budgeted to generate net income attributable to KMI of $2.5 billion and declare dividends of $1.11 per share, a 3% increase from the 2021 declared dividends.

 

  • Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) awarded a $482.72M contract for DDG 1000 Class Combat System and modernization of Zumwalt-class Mission Systems and Mission System equipment.

  • Tele2 AB (TEL2) Interim Report First Quarter 2022; TEL2 reports first quarter EPS of SEK 3.59. In the comparison period, earnings per share amounted to SEK 1.26. Total revenue of SEK 6.7 billion, increased by 2% compared to Q1 2021. Board of Directors proposes an extraordinary dividend of SEK 13.00 per share related to the completed T-Mobile Netherlands divestment.

 

 

  • AT&T Inc. (T) Reports First-Quarter Results; T reports first quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $0.77, a 9.41% decrease from last year but $0.08 above estimates. Revenue fell 13.2% to $38.1 billion, but was $190 million higher than expected.

 

 

  • Philip Morris International Inc. (PM) Reports First Quarter 2022 Results; PM reports first quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $1.56, down 0.64% year-over-year but $0.07 higher than expected. Revenue grew 2.1% to $7.75 billion, topping expectations by $320 million. Management targets 2022 full-year reported diluted EPS of $5.39 to $5.50, and pro forma (excluding Russia and Ukraine for entire 2022) adjusted diluted EPS of $5.35 to $5.46, representing currency-neutral growth of 9% to 11%.

 

 

  • Magna International Inc. (MGA) announced its plans for a new plant in Kechnec, Slovakia to expand its ADAS and electrification footprint; new facility will support two European automakers and new global entrant.

  • Verizon Communications Inc. (VZ) Reports First Quarter 2022 Earnings; VZ reports first quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $1.35, down 0.7% year-over-year but in line with expectations. Revenue grew 2.1% to $33.6 billion, which was also in line with estimates. Management guides adjusted EPS at the lower end of the previously guided range of $5.40 to $5.55.

 

  • Kimberly-Clark Corporation (KMB) Reports First Quarter 2022 Results; KMB reports first quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $1.35, 25% lower than last year but a $0.12 beat of estimates. Revenue grew 7.6% to $5.1 billion, which was $180 million more than expected. Management is targeting FY2022 organic sales growth of 4% to 6% vs. prior outlook of 3% to 4% and adjusted EPS of $5.60 to $6.00.
