- Kesko Corporation’s (KESKO) sales grew in February; KESKO Group's sales totalled €852.1 million in February 2022, representing an increase of 6.8% on the previous year. In comparable terms, sales grew by 6.9%.
- Chevron Corporation (CVX) set to trade Venezuelan oil if U.S. relaxes sanctions; CVX is preparing to take operating control of its joint ventures in Venezuela if Washington relaxes sanctions on Caracas to boost crude supplies after banning Russia's oil imports, according to three people familiar with the situation.
March 15, 2022
- Intel Corporation (INTC) Announces Initial Investment of More Than €33 Billion for Semiconductor R&D and Manufacturing in EU; INTC announced the first phase of its plans to invest as much as 80 billion euros in the European Union over the next decade along the entire semiconductor value chain – from research and development (R&D) to manufacturing to state-of-the art packaging technologies. Today’s announcement includes plans to invest an initial 17 billion euros into a leading-edge semiconductor fab mega-site in Germany.
- Main Street Capital Corporation (MAIN) Announces New Portfolio Investment; MAIN announce that it recently completed a new portfolio investment by funding $15.1 million to facilitate the majority recapitalization of Batjer & Associates, LLC and Batjer Service, LLC.
- Realty Income Corporation (O) Increase Monthly Dividend; O announced its Board of Directors has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.247 per share from $0.2465 per share. The dividend is payable on April 15, 2022, to stockholders of record as of April 1, 2022. This is the 115th dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994.

- Dominion Energy, Inc. (D) wins state regulator OK for new solar, energy storage projects; The Virginia State Corporation Commission (SCC) approved on Tuesday a significant expansion of new solar and energy storage projects for Dominion Energy Virginia customers. Once in operation, the projects will provide nearly 1,000 megawatts of carbon-free electricity, enough to power about 250,000 Virginia homes at peak output.
- Lockheed Martin Corporation’s (LMT) F-35 hit with 35% cut in Pentagon budget request; The U.S. Department of Defense will request 61 LMT F-35 fighter jets in its next budget, 33 fewer than previously planned.
- Nutrien Ltd. (NTR) Increasing Potash Production; NTR announced that in response to the uncertainty of potash supply from Eastern Europe it plans to increase potash production capability to approximately 15 million tonnes in 2022, an increase of nearly one million tonnes compared to previous expectations. The majority of additional volume is expected to be produced in the second half of the year.

- General Dynamics Corporation (GD) Awarded $4.5 Billion User Facing and Data Center Services Contract; General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), a business unit of GD, announced it has been awarded the User Facing and Data Center Services (UDS) contract by the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). UDS is a single-award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with a $4.5 billion ceiling and 10-year ordering period.
- Prudential Financial, Inc. (PRU) and LeapFrog Investments announce intention to acquire a strategic minority interest in Alexander Forbes Group Holdings Limited; PRU in partnership with LeapFrog Investments Group, Ltd. (LeapFrog Investments), announced its intention to acquire a strategic minority interest in Alexander Forbes Group Holdings Limited (JSE: AFH), a leading provider of financial advice, retirement, investment, and holistic wealth management services in South Africa. Financial terms of the deal are undisclosed.
