  • NCC AB (NCC) to develop new property project in Mölndal; NCC is now commencing work on the property development project MIMO, encompassing approximately 40,000 square meters of offices, services and retail in Mölndal, due south of Gothenburg, Sweden. One third of the project space is already let to tenants, which include SATS and Mindpark.

 

 

May 26, 2021

 

  • Bonava AB (BONAVA) winds down operations in Denmark; BONAVA has decided to wind down its operations in Copenhagen and exit the Danish market in order to increase efficiency and profitability in the Group. The decision is the first step in the company’s strategic review. Costs of approximately SEK 120 million will be reported as items affecting comparability in the second quarter. The plan is to divest the remaining land bank during the second half of 2021.

  • Flowers Foods, Inc. (FLO) Increases Quarterly Dividend; FLO announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share, an increase of 5.0% over the same quarter last year. This is the 75th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by the company and is payable on June 24, 2021 to shareholders of record on June 10, 2021. This action increases the annualized dividend rate to $0.84 per share from $0.80 per share at this time last year.

 

  • Unum Group (UNM) Increases Common Stock Dividend; UNM announced that its Board of Directors has authorized an increase of 5.3% in the quarterly dividend paid on its common stock. The new rate of 30.0 cents per common share, or $1.20 per share on an annual basis, will be effective with the dividend expected to be paid in the third quarter of 2021.
