- Kesko Corporation’s (KESKO) comparable sales grew in April; KESKO Group's sales totalled €969.1 million in April 2021, representing an increase of 11.7% in comparable terms on the previous year.
- NCC AB (NCC) divests Road Services Denmark to Mutares; NCC divests Road Services Denmark to the German based holding company Mutares (Frankfurt Stock Exchange: MUX). The transaction is expected to have a marginal positive effect on NCC earnings and cash flow in connection with closing, expected in the second quarter.
- AT&T’s WarnerMedia and Discovery, Inc. Creating Standalone Company by Combining Operations to Form New Global Leader in Entertainment; AT&T and Discovery, Inc. (NASDAQ: DISCA, DISCB, DISCK) today announced a definitive agreement to combine WarnerMedia’s premium entertainment, sports and news assets with Discovery's leading nonfiction and international entertainment and sports businesses to create a premier, standalone global entertainment company.
- W. P. Carey Inc. (WPC) Announces Four U.S. Investments Totaling $170 Million; WPC announced four investments totaling $170 million and covering approximately 1.1 million square feet. The investments comprise operationally-critical properties net leased to industry-leading tenants with a weighted-average lease term of approximately 16 years, bringing investment volume year-to-date to approximately $765 million with a weighted-average lease term of 22 years.

- The Home Depot, Inc. (HD) Announces First Quarter Results; HD reports first quarter GAAP EPS of $3.86, 85.6% higher than the previous year and $0.84 better than expected. Revenue increased 32.7% to $35.7 billion, topping estimates by $3.01 billion.
May 19, 2021
- NCC AB (NCC) to rebuild city block in Gothenburg for Hufvudstaden; NCC, in a partnering arrangement with Hufvudstaden, is to rebuild and expand the Johanna city block in central Gothenburg, adding many new workplaces in retail, restaurants and offices. The partnering project is a turnkey contract with an order value of approximately SEK 1.2 billion.
- Cisco Systems, Inc. (CSCO) Reports Third Quarter Earnings; CSCO reports third quarter GAAP EPS of $0.68, 5% higher than the previous year and in line with expectations. Revenue increased 6.8% to $12.87 billion, topping estimates by $230 million.
- Target Corporation (TGT) Reports First Quarter Earnings; TGT reports first quarter GAAP EPS of $4.17, 643% higher than the prior year and $2.17 above estimates. Revenue improved 23.3% to $24.2 billion, $2.43 billion better than expected.

- Flowers Foods, Inc. (FLO) Reports First Quarter 2021 Results; FLO reports first quarter adjusted EPS of $0.34, $0.06 lower than expected. Revenue declined 3.7% to $1.3billion, $20 million below estimates.

- V.F. Corporation (VFC) Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year Fiscal 2021 Results; VFC reports EPS of $0.16, $0.15 lower than expected. Revenue improved 22.9% to $2.58 billion, $70 million higher than expected.

UNUM is a champ. Not sure why it is so undervalued. Last year it was a tough play to hold though because it sank so much. You are always wondering what you are missing.
