- I purchased 25 shares of Prudential Financial Inc. (PRU) at $ 77.78 per share plus commission.
My overall cost basis of this position increases from $ 67.91 to $ 70.89 per share. I totally hold now 85 shares of PRU and my yield on cost is 6.49%. After this acquisition, PNW’s weight of my portfolio is about 0.96% and its share of future annual dividend income is approximately 1.52%.

- Eaton Corporation plc (ETN) signs agreement to acquire Cobham Mission Systems; ETN to acquire Cobham Mission Systems for $2.83 billion. The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2021.

- Tele2 AB (TEL2) Reports Full Year and Fourth Quarter 2020 Report; TEL2’s revenue fell 3.9 percent to SEK 6,884 million, which was SEK 146 million lower than expected. Operating profit rise 216% to SEK 3,557 million, 2,306 million above expected. TEL2's Board of Directors proposes a dividend of SEK 6.00, an increase of nine percent compared with last year.
- ConocoPhillips (COP) Reports Fourth-Quarter and Full-Year 2020 Results; COP reports a fourth quarter adjusted EPS loss of $0.19, which compares unfavorably to adjusted EPS of $0.76 in the prior year but was $0.06 ahead of estimates. Revenue fell 21.5% to $6.1 billion, but was $1.36 billion higher than expected.
- Pfizer Inc. (PFE) Reports Financial Results For Fourth-Quarter 2020 And Full-Year 2020; PFE reports fourth quarter adjusted EPS of $0.42, a 23.6% decline from last year and $0.04 below expectations. Revenue grew 11.8% to $11.7 billion, topping estimates by $360 million.
- 3M Company (MMM) Declares Increase to First Quarter 2021 Dividend; MMM increases its quarterly dividend 1% to $1.48, giving the stock a new yield of 3.4%.
- Emerson Electric Co. (EMR) Reports First Quarter 2021 Results, Updates 2021 Outlook; EMR reports first quarter of fiscal 2021 adjusted EPS results of $0.83, 23.9% growth compared to the prior year and $0.15 higher than expected. Revenue grew 1.2% to $4.2 billion, topping estimates by $230 million.
- Eaton Corporation (ETN) Fourth Quarter Earnings; ETN reports fourth quarter adjusted EPS of $1.28, a 6.6% decline from the prior year but $0.04 ahead of estimates. Revenue declined 10.5% to $4.7 billion, but topped expectations by $80 million.
- United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS) Releases 4Q 2020 Earnings; UPS reports fourth quarter adjusted EPS of $2.66, a 26% increase from the prior year and $0.52 better than expected. Revenue grew 21.1% to $24.9 billion, $2.05 billion above expectations.

- Kesko Corporation (KESKO) financial statements release for the period 1 Jan. -31 Dec. 2020; KESKO reports fourth quarter comparable EPS of € 0.31, a 35% increase from the prior year and € 0.05 better than expected. Revenue declined 2.6% to EUR 2,662 million, which was EUR 6 million below estimates. KESKO's Board of Directors proposes a dividend of € 0.75, an increase of 16% compared with last year.
- Qualcomm Incorporated (QCOM) Reports FY 2021 1st Quarter Earnings; QCOM reports Q1-2021 EPS of $2.12, a 165% increase from last year. Revenues also grew by 62% to $8.23 billion. Management expects Q2-2021 revenues in the range of $7.2 to $8.0 billion, and non-GAAP EPS of $1.55-$1.75.
- UGI Corporation (UGI) Reports First Quarter Results; UGI reports full year adjusted diluted EPS of $1.18 compared to $1.17 in the prior-year period. Quarterly revenues declined by 4% from last year to $1.93B, missing estimates by $100M.
- Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P. (BIP) Reports 2020 Year-End Results; BIP reports fourth quarter FFO of $0.86, a 1.1% decline from last year but $0.05 above estimates. Revenue increased 52.4% to $2.53 billion, which was $1.4 billion better than expected. BIP increases its quarterly dividend by 5.2% to $0.51.
- AbbVie Inc. (ABBV) Reports Full-Year and Fourth-Quarter 2020 Financial Results; ABBV reports adjusted EPS of $2.92, a 32% improvement from the prior year and $0.07 higher than expected. Revenue grew 59.3% to $13.9 billion, $160 million above estimates.
- Aflac Incorporated (AFL) Announces Fourth Quarter Results; AFL reports Q4 EPS of $1.35 a 27.3% increase compared to last year, and quarterly revenues of $5.9 billion, 5.3% higher than Q4-2019.
February 4, 2021
- Unilever PLC Reports Full-Year 2020 Results; Unilever reports EPS of € 2.12 a 0.9% decrease vs. FY 2019. While revenues increased by 3.5% in constant currency, a negative impact of 5.4% from currency-related items resulted in revenues declining by 2.4%, to € 50.7 billion. The company also increased its quarterly dividend by 4% to € 0.4268.
- WEC Energy Group (WEC) Reports 2020 Results; WEC reports Q4 EPS of $0.76, a decrease of 1.2% from last year. Quarterly revenues also declined by 1% to $1.93 billion. Management expects EPS to be in a range of $3.99 to $4.03 - in line with its long-term objective of growing earnings at a rate of 5 to 7 percent annually.
- Brookfield Renewable Partners L.P. (BEP) Reports 2020 Year-End Results; BEP reports Q4 normalized FFO/share of $0.31, 6.89% higher from last year. Quarterly revenues were $952M, -1.3% compared to Q4-2019, but beating estimates by $10.12 million. BEP increased its quarterly distribution by 5.1% to $0.3038.
- Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (BMY) Reports Fourth Quarter and Full-Year Financial Results for 2020; BMY reports Q4 EPS of $1.46, 20% higher than last year's $1.22. Quarterly revenues increased by 39% to $11.06B. Management also increased its non-GAAP FY2021 EPS guidance range from $7.15 - $7.45 to $7.35 - $7.55.
- Gilead Sciences, Inc. (GILD) Announces Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2020 Financial Results; GILD reports Q4 Non-GAAP Diluted EPS of $2.19, a 99% growth year-over-year. Sales declined by 7% to $5.39 billion, but beat analyst estimates by $130 million. Management expects FY2021 product sales around $23.7B-$25.1B, and diluted EPS at around $6.75-$7.45 vs. $6.90 consensus. GILD Increased Quarterly Dividend by 4.4 Percent
- Philip Morris International Inc. (PM) Reports 2020 Fourth-Quarter & Full-Year Results; PM reports diluted EPS of $5.16, up by 11.9%; up by 18.9%, excluding currency. Net revenues were down by 3.7% to $7.44 billion. Management expects FY2021's EPS to be in a range of $5.90 to $6.00, at prevailing exchange rates, representing a projected increase of around 14% to 16% vs. reported diluted EPS of $5.16 in FY2020.
- Prudential Financial, Inc. (PRU) Announces 2020 Results; PRU reports Q4 EPS of $2.03, vs. $2.76 for the year-ago quarter. The Company’s Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to $1.5 billion of its outstanding Common Stock and increased its quarterly dividend by 4.5% to $1.15.
- Unum Group (UNM) Reports Fourth Quarter 2020 Results; UNM reports Q4 EPS of $0.66, vs $1.44 in the period year. Revenues skyrocketed by 40.9% to $4.27 billion, beating analyst estimates by $1.29 billion.
- Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (OHI) Reports Fourth Quarter 2020 Results: OHI reports Q4 FFO/share of $0.73, vs. $0.77 during the comparable period last year. Revenues increased by 6.9% to $236.78 million, beating analyst estimates by $46.88 million.
- BCE Inc. (BCE) Reports 2020 Q4 And Full-Year Results; BCE reports Q4 adjusted EPS of C$0.81, a decrease of 5.8% compared to last year. Operating revenues for the quarter also declined by 2.8% to C$6.1 billion, missing on analyst estimates by C$50 million. BCE hiked its quarterly dividend by 5.1% to C$0.875/share.

- Neste Corporation (NESTE) Financial Statements Release 2020; NESTE reports fourth quarter comparable EPS of € 0.44, a 52.2% decrease from the prior year but was € 0.05 better than expected. Revenue declined 25.3% to EUR 3,028 million, which was EUR 7 million below estimates. NESTE's Board of Directors proposes a dividend of € 0.80.
- Chevron Corporation (CVX) Announces Offer to Acquire Noble Midstream Partners LP; CVX offers to acquire Noble Midstream Partners LP (NBLX) at a value of $12.47 per common unit.
- Cardinal Health (CAH) Reports Second-Quarter Results for Fiscal Year 2021; CAH reports Q2-2021 EPS of $2.13, compared to $0.75 in Q2-2020. Revenues grew by 5% to $41.5 billion. Management raised its FY2021 guidance range for non-GAAP diluted EPS to $5.85 to $6.10, from the prior range of $5.65 to $5.95.
- Illinois Tool Works Inc. (ITW) Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2020 Results; ITW reports Q4 GAAP EPS of $2.02, an increase of 2% year-over-year. Revenues increased by 0.9% to $3.5 billion, beating analyst estimates by $190 million. Management guides for FY2021 organic growth of 7%-10% and GAAP EPS of $7.60 to $8.00, an increase of 15 to 21%.
- Lazard Ltd (LAZ) Reports Full-Year And Fourth-Quarter 2020 Results; LAZ reports Q4 EPS of $1.66, an 82% growth from Q4-2019, beating analyst estimates by $0.69. Revenues also grew by 19.9% to $849 million, beating analyst estimates by $164.11 million.
