  • I purchased 25 shares of Prudential Financial Inc. (PRU) at $ 77.78 per share plus commission.

 

My overall cost basis of this position increases from $ 67.91 to $ 70.89 per share. I totally hold now 85 shares of PRU and my yield on cost is 6.49%.  After this acquisition, PNW’s weight of my portfolio is about 0.96% and its share of future annual dividend income is approximately 1.52%.

  • Tele2 AB (TEL2) Reports Full Year and Fourth Quarter 2020 Report; TEL2’s revenue fell 3.9 percent to SEK 6,884 million, which was SEK 146 million lower than expected. Operating profit rise 216% to SEK 3,557 million, 2,306 million above expected. TEL2's Board of Directors proposes a dividend of SEK 6.00, an increase of nine percent compared with last year.

 

 

 

 

 

  • Eaton Corporation (ETN) Fourth Quarter Earnings; ETN reports fourth quarter adjusted EPS of $1.28, a 6.6% decline from the prior year but $0.04 ahead of estimates. Revenue declined 10.5% to $4.7 billion, but topped expectations by $80 million.

  • Unilever PLC Reports Full-Year 2020 Results; Unilever reports EPS of € 2.12 a 0.9% decrease vs. FY 2019. While revenues increased by 3.5% in constant currency, a negative impact of 5.4% from currency-related items resulted in revenues declining by 2.4%, to € 50.7 billion. The company also increased its quarterly dividend by 4% to € 0.4268.

 

  • WEC Energy Group (WEC) Reports 2020 Results; WEC reports Q4 EPS of $0.76, a decrease of 1.2% from last year. Quarterly revenues also declined by 1% to $1.93 billion.  Management expects EPS to be in a range of $3.99 to $4.03 - in line with its long-term objective of growing earnings at a rate of 5 to 7 percent annually.

 

 

 

 

 

  • Prudential Financial, Inc. (PRU) Announces 2020 Results; PRU reports Q4 EPS of $2.03, vs. $2.76 for the year-ago quarter. The Company’s Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to $1.5 billion of its outstanding Common Stock and increased its quarterly dividend by 4.5% to $1.15.

 

 

 

  • BCE Inc. (BCE) Reports 2020 Q4 And Full-Year Results; BCE reports Q4 adjusted EPS of C$0.81, a decrease of 5.8% compared to last year. Operating revenues for the quarter also declined by 2.8% to C$6.1 billion, missing on analyst estimates by C$50 million. BCE hiked its quarterly dividend by 5.1% to C$0.875/share.

  • Neste Corporation (NESTE) Financial Statements Release 2020; NESTE reports fourth quarter comparable EPS of € 0.44, a 52.2% decrease from the prior year but was € 0.05 better than expected. Revenue declined 25.3% to EUR 3,028 million, which was EUR 7 million below estimates. NESTE's Board of Directors proposes a dividend of € 0.80.
