Dividend Increase – BCE Inc. (BCE)

Today, February 6, the Board of Directors of BCE Inc. announced a quarterly dividend increase from CA$ 0.7925 to CA$ 0.8325 per share that’s payable April 15, 2020 to holders of record March 16, 2020. This represents a 5.05% increase to the last quarterly dividend.

Mirko Bibic, Bell's President and Chief Executive Officer said "I am also pleased to announce today the latest increase in BCE's dividend to $3.33 per common share – our 12th consecutive year of 5% or higher growth in the common share dividend."

With current price CA$ 62.87 (yesterday's close), this raise brings their dividend yield to 5.30 %.

Since I own 105 shares of BCE, this will increase my portfolio's projected annual net dividend income by $ 9.43.

This increase raises my YOC to 5.70%.
