Recent Buy - HCP Inc. (HCP)

28th October 2015 I Bought 55 shares of HCP at $37.90 per share plus commission.


My overall cost basis of this position decreases from $41.18 to $39.43 per share. I totally hold now 100 shares of HCP and my yield on cost is 5.73%. You can look at my first purchase of HCP here.

At today's exchange rate, this purchase 55 shares of HCP will increase €84.82 ($92.60) of my expected annual net dividend income and will increase my portfolio's projected annual net dividend income to €10130.00.

    1. Hi, Northwest Healthcare, I do not know, so I have no any ideas, Realty Income is a REIT that I would like to own.

  2. Share price is decreasing constantly therefore you will loose more than you expect as dividend.

    1. Hello, Of course, stock prices will fall and also rise. However, in the long-term (over 10 years), I believe that I will receive returns through dividends and may also increase in value and not losses.
