Yesterday Omega Healthcare Investors Inc. announced a quarterly dividend increase of from $0.55
to $0.56 ($2.24 annualized) per share that’s payable November 16, 2015 to
holders of record November 2, 2015. That's a 1.82% increase from the previous
rate but a 7.70% increase year over year.
With current price $35.57 (today's open), this raise
brings their dividend yield to 6.30%.
Since I own 100 shares this will increase my yearly net
dividends by $2.98.
That increase rises my YOC to 6.15 %.

Congrats on the div increase, fellow shareholder. Love these quarterly increases that come like clockwork

I love that OHI gives smaller raises each quarter. I don't know how much longer this will continue but I sure do enjoy it. It gives a little bit more opportunity to compound your capital which is always a good thing.
ReplyDeleteOHI is one of the stocks I want to own in the future. It's business model and history of dividend payments is excellent. Yesterday I sold some of my Gold mining shares on the recent run up (NEM) and bought more WMT (Walmart) on the big drop! I love these types of fire sale. :)
ReplyDeleteGood news! Congrats to you!
