- I purchased 22 shares of JPM US Equity Premium Income Active UCITS ETF (JEIP.DE) at €21.03 per share plus commission.
Based on the latest announcement, for July JEIP pays a dividend of $0.1735. During the eight month period, JEIP has declared a total dividend of $1.1618, if the dividend remains at this level in the future, it will be $1.7427 per year. At today's exchange rate, that purchase 22 shares of JEIP will increase €22.90 of my expected annual net dividend income. After this acquisition my yield on cost is 7.66%, JEIP’s weight of my portfolio is about 0.61% and its share of future annual dividend income is approximately 0.97%. For now, my plan is to increase the amount of JEIP in my portfolio on a monthly basis.
- I purchased 37 shares of JPM Nasdaq Equity Premium Income Active UCITS ETF (JEQP.DE) at €21.01 per share plus commission.
Based on the latest announcement, for July JEQP pays a dividend of $0.2095. During the eight month period, JEQP has declared a total dividend of $1.6184, if the dividend remains at this level in the future, it will be $2.7419 per year. At today's exchange rate, that purchase 37 shares of JEQP will increase €60.60 of my expected annual net dividend income. After this acquisition my yield on cost is 12.29%, JEQP’s weight of my portfolio is about 0.77% and its share of future annual dividend income is approximately 1.90%. For now, my plan is to increase the amount of JEIP in my portfolio on a monthly basis.

- Orion Corporation (ORION) Upgrades Full-Year Outlook for 2025; ORION now guides Net sales are estimated to be €1,630 million to €1,730 million and Operating profit is estimated to be €400 million to €500 million.
July 10, 2025
- The Kraft Heinz Company (KHC) Announces Agreement to Sell Italian Baby and Specialty Food Business; KHC announced that it has entered into an agreement to sell its infant and specialty food business in Italy to NewPrinces S.p.A. The proposed transaction is expected to close at the end of 2025, subject to regulatory review and approval.
- Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) has been awarded a $197.48M modification to a previously awarded U.S. Navy contract to exercise options for Navy engineering design, development, and production supporting sound navigation and ranging systems.
- Unum Group (UNM) Increased Quarterly Dividend; UNM's Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.460 per share, 9.5% increase from prior dividend of $0.42, on its common stock to be paid August 15, 2025, to stockholders of record as of July 25, 2025.
- Main Street Capital Corporation (MAIN) Announces Second Quarter 2025 Private Loan Portfolio Activity; MAIN originated $196.2 million in new or increased private loan commitments in Q2, funding $188.6 million in investments across its private loan portfolio.

- T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (TROW) Reports Preliminary Month-End Assets Under Management For June 2025; TROW announced preliminary month-end assets under management of $1.68 trillion as of June 30, 2025. Preliminary net outflows in June 2025 were $7.0 billion, primarily driven by the timing of a few redemptions and client rebalancing. For the quarter-ended June 2025, net outflows were $14.9 billion, including $0.7 billion of manager-driven distributions.
