  • Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) Reports Q1 2025 Results; JNJ reported Q1 Non-GAAP EPS of $2.77, reflecting a 2.2% increase year-over-year and exceeding analyst expectations by $0.19. Revenue rose 2.3% to $21.9 billion, beating estimates by $330 million. For the full year 2025, Management projects operational sales growth of 3.3% to 4.3%, with a midpoint of $92 billion. Adjusted EPS guidance at $10.50–$10.70.


  • Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) Announces Dividend Increase; JNJ announced that its Board of Directors has declared a 4.8% increase in the quarterly dividend, from $1.24 per share to $1.30 per share. The quarterly dividend is payable on June 10, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 27, 2025.

  • Nordea Bank Abp (NDA) First-quarter results 2025; NDA reported first-quarter EPS of €0.35, down 7.9% compared to the same period last year, but €0.03 above analyst estimates. Revenue came in at €2,974 million, beating expectations by €58 million, though it marked a 3.6% decline year-over-year. At the end of Q1, NDA’s CET1 ratio stood at 15.7%, representing a 63 basis point decrease from the previous quarter.


  • Kinder Morgan, Inc. (KMI) Reports First Quarter 2025 Financial Results; KMI reported first-quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $0.34, matching the result from the same period last year but falling $0.02 short of analyst expectations. Revenue came in at $4.24 billion, exceeding estimates by $210 million and reflecting a 10.4% year-over-year increase. For full-year 2025, Management has budgeted net income attributable to KMI of $2.8 billion, representing an 8% increase compared to 2024. Adjusted EPS is projected at $1.27, up 10% year-over-year.


  • Kinder Morgan, Inc. (KMI) Announces Dividend Increase; KMI's board of directors today approved a cash dividend of $0.2925 per share for the first quarter ($1.17 annualized), payable on May 15, 2025 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 30, 2025. This dividend is a 1.7% increase over the first quarter of 2024.


  • Bank OZK (OZK) Announces First Quarter 2025 Earnings; OZK reported first-quarter GAAP EPS of $1.47, down 2.6% year-over-year, but $0.03 above analyst expectations. Revenue increased 0.8% to $409.23 million, exceeding estimates by $6.42 million. Provision for credit losses totaled $38.4M for Q1, up from $37.2M in Q4 and down from $42.9M in Q1 2024. As of March 31, 2025, book value per common share stood at $48.29, an increase of $4.85 compared to the same date in 2024.

  • Ally Financial Inc. (ALLY) Reports First Quarter 2025 Financial Results; ALLY reported Q1 Non-GAAP EPS of $0.58, representing a 41.5% increase year-over-year and beating analyst expectations by $0.16. However, revenue came in at $1.54 billion, missing estimates by $430 million and declining 22.6% compared to the same quarter last year. At the end of the quarter, ALLY’s Common Equity Tier 1 (CET1) capital ratio stood at 9.5%.
