April 7, 2025


  • I purchased 26 shares of JPM US Equity Premium Income Active UCITS ETF (JEIP.DE) at €19.85 per share plus commission.


Based on the latest announcement, for May JEIP pays a dividend of $0.1030. During the five month period, JEIP has declared a total dividend of $0.6093, if the dividend remains at this level in the future, it will be $1.462 per year. At today's exchange rate, that purchase 26 shares of JEIP will increase €23.80 of my expected annual net dividend income. After this acquisition my yield on cost is 6.22%, JEIP’s weight of my portfolio is about 0.67% and its share of future annual dividend income is approximately 0.56%. For now, my plan is to increase the amount of JEIP in my portfolio on a monthly basis.


  • I purchased 40 shares of JPM Nasdaq Equity Premium Income Active UCITS ETF (JEQP.DE) at €18.81 per share plus commission.


Based on the latest announcement, for May JEQP pays a dividend of $0.2086. During the five month period, JEQP has declared a total dividend of $0.9472, if the dividend remains at this level in the future, it will be $2.273 per year. At today's exchange rate, that purchase 40 shares of JEQP will increase €56.99 of my expected annual net dividend income. After this acquisition my yield on cost is 9.82%, JEQP’s weight of my portfolio is about 0.47% and its share of future annual dividend income is approximately 0.97%. For now, my plan is to increase the amount of JEIP in my portfolio on a monthly basis.

  • I purchased 15 shares of Canadian National Railway Company (TSE:CNR) at C$132.77 per share plus commission.


At today's exchange rate, that purchase 15 shares of CNR will increase €25.19 of my expected annual net dividend income. Following this acquisition, the portfolio now contains a total of 50 Canadian National Railway shares at an average purchase price of C$147.87 and yield on cost is 2.40%. After this acquisition, CNR ’s weight of my portfolio is about 0.66% and its share of future annual dividend income is approximately 0.37%.

  • NCC AB (NCC) receives new assignment at Ryhov County Hospital; NCC has received an additional assignment from Regionfastigheter as part of the framework agreement, signed in 2023, for future-proofing Ryhov County Hospital. This sub-project includes the refurbishment and extension of Akutspåret at Ryhov County Hospital in Jönköping. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form and is valued at approximately SEK 150 million.


  • NCC AB (NCC) to build new recycling center in Kiruna; NCC has been commissioned by LKAB to construct a new recycling center in Kiruna. The project is a turnkey contract with an order value of approximately SEK 160 million, and completion is scheduled for the autumn of 2026.
