  • I reduced my holding in Telia Company (TELIA) by selling 1000 shares at a price of EUR 2.055 per share plus a comission.

  • NCC AB (NCC) to build new wastewater treatment plant in Enköping, Sweden; NCC has been commissioned by Enköping Municipality to build a new wastewater treatment plant. The municipality expects to grow to about 60,000 inhabitants by 2040 and the new treatment plant must be dimensioned to handle this growth. The work is scheduled to be completed in 2027 and the order value is approximately SEK 325 million.


  • Raytheon Technologies Corporations’ (RTX) Pratt & Whitney unit has secured a $5.5B modification to previously awarded FA8124-18-D-0001 for the F117 Engine Sustainment Support contract.


July 4, 2023


  • NCC AB (NCC) to renovate and modernize Avicii Arena, Sweden; NCC is to renovate and modernize Avicii Arena, Stockholm Globe Arena, in Stockholm. The assignment is a turnkey contract in partnering form with Stockholm Globe Arena Fastigheter AB (SGA Fastigheter), which is wholly owned by the City of Stockholm. The order value is approximately SEK 700 million.


July 5, 2023


  • Duke Energy Corporation (DUK) to sell commercial distributed generation business to ArcLight; DUK announced it has reached an agreement to sell its commercial distributed generation business to an affiliate of ArcLight Capital Partners, LLC for an enterprise value of $364 million, inclusive of non-controlling tax equity interests. Duke Energy expects approximately $259 million of proceeds from this transaction, which is subject to certain customary adjustments and will be received upon closing.



July 6, 2023


  • NCC AB (NCC) raises dam walls for LKAB in Kiruna, Sweden; NCC NCC has been commissioned by LKAB to raise the walls of the tailings dam in Kiruna, Sweden, to secure the long-term storage of ore tailings. The project is a construction contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 170 million.


  • AbbVie Inc. (ABBV) updates full-year EPS estimate range; Citing acquired IPR&D and milestones expenses of $280M for the second quarter ABBV said that its Q2 and full-year earnings per share will be negatively impacted. ABBV now sees adjusted diluted EPS guidance of $10.57-$10.97 and for Q2, the guidance range is $2.75-$2.85.


  • Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) has secured a $122.71 million cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to a previously awarded contract.
