- Intel Corporation (INTC), German Government Agree on Increased Scope for Wafer Fabrication Site in Magdeburg; INTC and the German federal government have signed a revised letter of intent for Intel’s planned leading-edge wafer fabrication site in Magdeburg, the capital of Saxony-Anhalt state in Germany. The agreement encompasses Intel’s expanded investment in the site, now expected to be more than 30 billion euros for two first-of-a-kind semiconductor facilities in Europe, along with increased government support worth €10B, that includes incentives, reflecting the expanded scope and change in economic conditions since the site was first announced.
- Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) awarded $264 million US Navy modification contract to produce AIM-9X missiles; RTX was awarded a $264 million modification to a production Lot 23 contract originally awarded in December 2022. Under the modification, Raytheon, an RTX business, will produce and deliver 571 AIM-9X® SIDEWINDER® missiles and associated parts for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, and foreign military sales customers.

- Neste Corporation (NESTE) Neste and the other leading energy companies in Finland join forces to develop an industrial hydrogen valley; NESTE, Gasgrid Finland Ltd, Helen Ltd, and Vantaa Energy Ltd have in collaboration started preliminary studies on the development of an industrial hydrogen valley in the Uusimaa region, Finland. This joint effort is a step forward in driving Finland towards a leading hydrogen economy in Europe that creates industrial investment opportunities and supports Finland’s and Europe’s carbon neutrality goals.
- NCC AB (NCC) to start two final projects at Nyköpings lasarett, Sweden; Region Sörmland has contracted NCC to refurbish and convert a total of five floors in two existing hospital buildings at Nyköping lasarett. The projects are the final two sub-projects of the strategic partnering arrangement between NCC and Region Sörmland. The total order value is approximately SEK 270 million.
- Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) awards $1.15 billion contract from U.S. Air Force for latest AMRAAM configuration; RTX was awarded a $1.15 billion contract for AIM-120 D-3 and C-8 AMRAAM® missiles. This is the largest AMRAAM missile contract to date and the fifth production lot of the highly advanced missiles developed under the Form, Fit, Function Refresh, also known as F3R, which updates both the missile's hardware and allows for Agile software upgrades.
- Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) Announces $206 Million Investment in Columbus, Georgia Business by 2028 to Build Capacity; Pratt & Whitney, an RTX announced a $206 million investment plan to expand the capabilities and footprint of its Columbus, Georgia business, which supports commercial and military engine programs. The investment is expected to create around 400 new jobs by the end of 2028, and will go toward the purchase of new machinery, equipment and an 81,000 square foot expansion of the Columbus Engine Center. The footprint expansion will also increase overhaul capacity to 400 GTF engines per year.
- Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) Announces New Manufacturing Affiliate in Morocco; Pratt & Whitney, an RTX business, announced today that it will launch an affiliate, Pratt & Whitney Maroc (PWM), in Casablanca, to manufacture detailed static and structural machined parts for various engine models.

- NCC AB (NCC) to refurbish 441 apartments in Denmark; NCC has been commissioned by FällesBo to conduct an extensive refurbishment of 21 apartment blocks comprising a total of 441 apartments in Porshöj in central Herning, Denmark. The assignment is a turnkey contract valued at approximately SEK 550 million.
- Intel Corporation (INTC) Agrees to Sell Minority Stake in IMS Nanofabrication Business to Bain Capital; INTC announced that it has agreed to sell an approximately 20% stake in its IMS Nanofabrication GmbH business to Bain Capital Special Situations , in a transaction that values IMS at approximately $4.3 billion. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2023.
- Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) is awarded a $293.77M firm-fixed-price modification to a previously awarded cost- plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price, fixed-price incentive, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.

- NCC AB (NCC) to build Stovner swim center in Oslo; NCC has been contracted by Oslobygg KF to build the Stovner swim center in Oslo, Norway. The parties have developed the project in partnering form and construction of the swim center can now commence. The order value is approximately SEK 800 million.
