- Cardinal Health, Inc. (CAH) announces the merger of its Outcomes™ business into Transaction Data Systems and related partnership; CAH plans to merge its Outcomes digital health solutions business into Transaction Data Systems, or TDS, in exchange for a minority stake in the combined company.
- Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) has been awarded a $122.21M modification to contract FA8810-18-C-0005 to plan and prepare for post-launch activities for all three Next Generation Overhead Persistent Infrared Geosynchronous Space Vehicles.
- Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) has awarded a $263.72M modification to a previously awarded fixed-price incentive contract.
- Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) doing business as Pratt and Whitney Military Engines, East Hartford, Connecticut, is awarded a $2.02B fixed-price-incentive-firm, cost-plus-incentive-fee, cost reimbursable modification to a previously awarded contract.
- Digital Realty Trust, Inc. (DLR) Provides Funding Plan Update; DLR announced the sale of a non-core data center in Texas. Digital Realty realized approximately $150 million of net proceeds from the sale of its 100% interest in the data center, which was originally acquired in 2012 and leased as a powered shell facility. The property was sold at a 4.4% cap rate, based on projected 2023 net operating income and generated a capital gain of approximately $88 million.
- LTC Properties, Inc. (LTC) Closes $61.5 Million in New Investments; LTC announced it has invested a total of $61.5 million in two transactions, and completed the previously disclosed transition of a portfolio of eight assisted living communities to an existing LTC operator. The investments include LTC's (LTC) $45.0M investment in a $54.1M joint venture acqusition of a seniors housing campus and a $16.5M investment in a skilled nursing center.

- Cardinal Health, Inc. (CAH) Updates Forecast; CAH updated its financial forecast and announced a $3.5B share buyback program. CAH now sees reporting fiscal 2023 adjusted earnings per share of $5.65 to $5.80, narrowed from its prior range of $5.60 to $5.80. Fiscal 2024 adjusted earnings per share are seen at $6.45 to $6.70. CAH also said that its board of directors has authorized the company to buy back up to $3.5B shares by Dec. 31, 2027. The company plans to buy back at least $2B over the next three years.
- Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. (WBA) Sells Remaining Shares of Option Care Health; WBA announced that it has sold 10.8 million shares of Option Care Health, Inc. common stock pursuant to Rule 144 for proceeds of approximately $330 million. The company intends to use the proceeds primarily for debt paydown, continued support of WBA’s strategic priorities and transformation to a consumer-centric healthcare company. The transaction is another decisive action WBA is taking to unlock value and further simplify the company’s portfolio.
- Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) is awarded a ~$372.14M cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost reimbursable, firm-fixed-price, ID/IQ contract.
June 9, 2023
- NCC AB (NCC) to build Drömfabriken in Skultuna, Sweden; NCC has been commissioned by the City of Västerås to construct Drömfabriken in Skultuna, Västerås. Drömfabriken will be a meeting place with a new school, library and after-school club. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 340 million.
