  1. Seems like a lot of people are reporting YoY decreases this month. Short month and a few stocks like HCP moved their dividend to next month. Still looks like a good month though with all the companies you were able to collect on. Good luck on your goals!

  2. Solid results even with the decrease in passive income. While I didn't have a decrease last month my growth was small. Like the comment mentioned above, HCP changed its payment schedule just like KHC in January. All in all, a good showing. Your annual totals should still beat last year. Thanks for sharing.

  3. Can you explain why your dividend income has decreased this month? Seems to be happening to quite a few people. A lot of dividend increases yet people are making less. Thanks

    1. Hi BHL,

My income decreased, because Avance Gas stopped paying dividends, last year I got about €240 from it in February. In addition that, HCP also cut its dividend and moved the payment for March.

      Cheers,
      DH

  5. Very nice month DivHawk, you're pretty heavy into AT&T, such a great portfolio stalwart. Looking forward to seeing more growth and that meter head clockwise.
