Dividend Income - July 2019

My Total dividends in July are € 1,243.11 ($ 1,396.00). After tax payments, my net dividend income is € 921.46 ($ 1,034.81). In year 2018, my net dividend income in July was € 743.40 ($ 869.24). My portfolio's net dividend income increased by 24% to compared the same month of last year. Compared to the previous year, there have been a couple of changes to the dividend income of July: New holdings in a portfolio (ITW, CM.TO, MAIN), additional purchases (CAH, WPC), some nice dividend increases (MO, TD.TO, AQN.TO) as well as the fact, that I started investing in P2P loans. 









This month's dividend increased my cumulative net dividend income € 71,809.37.




After July my net dividend income is € 9,746.93 ($ 10,999.80), so I have now collected 66% of my target net dividend income for this year, which is €14,750.00.

    Have you considered any other asset classes, such as real estate, bonds, precious metals or P2P-lending?

  3. Hi Hfuhruhurr, Thanks, yeah It's true That I haven't been active on buying lately, Last purchase I made on the beginning of July. I'm interested to add some More BIP and Have offer for KR, but It went already too much up!
