June 16, 2025



  • Eaton Corporation plc (ETN) Signs Agreement to Acquire Ultra PCS Limited; ETN announced it has signed an agreement to acquire Ultra PCS Limited from the Cobham Ultra Group. Ultra PCS’s innovative solutions for safety and mission critical aerospace systems will augment Eaton’s portfolio in both military and civilian aircraft. ETN will pay $1.55 billion for Ultra PCS. The transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, is expected to close in the first half of 2026.


June 17, 2025


  • RTX Corporation (RTX) has been awarded a $299.7 million US Navy contract firm-fixed-price modification to procure test equipment and spares, and to exercise options for Evolved SeaSparrow Missile Block 2 Guided Missile Assemblies.



  • L3Harris Technologies, Inc. (LHX) has been awarded a $487.3 million cost-plus-fixed-fee for the modernization of enterprise terminals, depot and engineering services support.


June 18, 2025


  • General Dynamics Corporation's (GD) Electric Boat Awarded a $987 Million Contract; Electric Boat, a business unit of GD, announced it has been awarded a $987 million contract modification to a previously awarded contract supporting submarine production. This modification is for additional Component Development, Class Lead Yard Support (CLYS), and Submarine Industrial Base (SIB) supplier development enhancements, as detailed in the U.S. Department of Defense.
