- NCC AB (NCC) to remodel water treatment plant in Falkenberg, Sweden; NCC has been commissioned by Vivab to remodel the Kärreberg water treatment plant together with appurtenant internal and external water distribution networks. The project is being conducted to raise capacity, improve operational reliability for the waterworks, and meet Falkenberg’s growing water needs. The order value is approximately SEK 220 million.
- L3Harris Technologies (LHX) announced that it won a $614M indefinite-quantity contract to provide contractor logistics support for the Suite of Integrated Radio Frequency Countermeasures system for USSOCOM.
- Bank OZK (OZK) Announces Stock Repurchase Program; OZK announced that its Board of Directors has approved a stock repurchase program authorizing the purchase of up to $200 million of outstanding common stock. The Stock Repurchase Program has received all necessary regulatory approvals and will become effective July 1, 2026, upon the expiration of the Bank’s current stock repurchase program, and will remain in effect through July 1, 2027, unless extended or shortened by the Board of Directors.
- Digital Realty Trust, Inc. (DLR) Announces Purchase of Blackstone Interest in Three Northern Virginia Data Centers; DLR announced an agreement to purchase from Blackstone-affiliated funds a 64% equity stake in three fully leased data centers in Northern Virginia. The assets comprise 288 megawatts of total IT capacity and have a gross asset value of approximately $7.8 billion, implying an expected initial stabilized capitalization rate of over 6.5%. The total purchase consideration will be $3.5 billion, including $1.2 billion in cash and $2.3 billion in Digital Realty shares issued to Blackstone.

- NCC AB (NCC) sells Bromma property; NCC has agreed the sale of the first section of the Hangar 5 property project in Bromma for SEK 790 million. The property in question is let to ICA and is being acquired by Delcore Fastigheter. While the sale will generate positive cash flow, it will have no earnings impact.
- Eversource Energy (ES) Completes the Sale of Aquarion Water Company; ES announced the successful completion of the sale of Aquarion Water Company to Aquarion Water Authority, in accordance with all regulatory terms and requirements. The transaction was completed for a total cash purchase price of $2.4 billion. Adjusted net equity proceeds of approximately $1.7 billion will be used to reduce Eversource debt, supporting the company’s commitment to strengthen its balance sheet.
- Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) announced that it was awarded a $3.0 billion contract combining fixed-price-incentive, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and cost-no-fee components for Sentinel A4 radar production and engineering services. Separately, the company also secured a $103.9 million contract action to fund long-lead material procurement, early engineering support, and test site establishment for the F-100 mid-life upgrade program.
- Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (APD) Will Not Proceed with Louisiana Clean Energy (LCEC) Project; ADP will exit the Louisiana Clean Energy Complex (LCEC) project, a move expected to result in up to $2.9 billion in pre-tax charges in fiscal Q3 2026. The charges mainly reflect asset impairments and contract termination costs. Separately, the company is finalizing an agreement with Yara International to market and distribute renewable ammonia from the NEOM Green Hydrogen Project in Saudi Arabia.

- General Mills, Inc. (GIS) Reports Fiscal 2026 Fourth-Quarter Results; GIS reported fourth-quarter non-GAAP EPS of $0.95, representing a 27% increase from the prior-year period and exceeding analyst expectations by $0.15. Revenue grew 1.1% year over year to $4.61 billion, surpassing consensus estimates by $10 million. For fiscal 2027, management expects organic net sales to range from a decline of 1.5% to growth of 0.5%. Adjusted operating profit is projected to decrease by 13% to 8% in constant currency from the fiscal 2026 base of $2.8 billion, while adjusted diluted EPS is expected to be in the range of $3.00 to $3.20 per share, with only an immaterial impact from foreign exchange.
- Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) announced that its Missile and Fire Control segment won a $347.5M cost-plus-incentive-fee contract from the U.S. Army. The contract covers the development, fabrication, and testing of improvements to prototype air and missile defense systems.
- Bank OZK (OZK) Increased Quarterly Dividend; OZK announced its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Bank’s common stock of $0.48 per share, up $0.01, or 2.13% from the prior quarter. The common stock dividend is payable on July 20, 2026 to shareholders of record as of July 13, 2026. Bank OZK has increased its quarterly cash dividend on its common stock in each of the last sixty-four quarters.

- NCC AB (NCC) refurbishes and remodels 164 apartments in Upplands-Bro; NCC has been commissioned by Upplands-Brohus to renovate and modernize 119 apartments in Upplands-Bro. In addition to the extensive refurbishment, a further 45 loft apartments will be constructed in the existing attic space. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 300 million.
- NCC AB (NCC) to construct school and sports hall in Lilla Edet Municipality; NCC is partnering with EdetHus and Lilla Edet Municipality in the construction of Ekebergs School (Sw. Ekebergsskolan) for 500 students as well as a full-scale sports hall in Lödöse. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 340 million.
