As the year is coming to an end and November is already over halfway through, it's time to report my dividend income for October. In October 2024, the dividend income for my portfolio was as follows:
My Total dividends in October are €2,899.37 ($3,172.53). After taxes, my net dividend income is €2,152.97 ($2,302.90). In year 2023, my net dividend income in October was €2,072.23 ($2,188.20). My portfolio's net dividend income increased by €80.36 or 3.88% to compared the same month of previous year.
This net passive income of €2,152.97 means that I received €69.45 every day or €2.89 every hour during October, regardless of what I did. Until the end of October, the corresponding amounts are comfortable €64.74 per day and €2.70 per hour.
Compared to the previous year, there have been several changes to the dividend income of October. ORNBV started paying a semiannual dividend instead of an annual one, Changes in payment dates, last year KESKO paid in September, TELIA in October, this year KESKO in October and TELIA will pay in November. Four new dividend payers have joined to the portfolio, namely TIETO, OZK, CNQ and JGPI.DE, while ONL has left it, additional purchase such TRP.TO and O. Compared to a year ago, the holdings also included dividend cuts from MPW, WPC, AQN.TO and SDIV.
This month's dividend increased my cumulative net dividend income € 176,113.54.
Net income / expenditure
- Net passive income for October was €2,152.97, and by the end of October it totalled €19,745.81.
- Total expenditure for October was €1,691.83, and by the end of October it totalled €12,352.78.
- The result for October was €461.14, and by the end of October it totalled €7,393.03
I have now collected 84.0% of my target net passive income for this year, which is €23,500.00.
