  • I closed my Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. (WBA) position by selling 65 shares at $15.75 per share plus commission.


As a result of this sale, the portfolio's annual net dividend income decreased by $48.43.


June 12, 2024


  • I purchased 40 shares of Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (BMY) at €43.00 per share plus commission


At today's exchange rate, that purchase 40 shares of BMY will increase €66.86 of my expected annual net dividend income. Following this acquisition, the portfolio now contains a total of 120 Bristol-Myers Squibb shares at an average purchase price of $54.97 and yield on cost is 4.37%. After this acquisition, BMY ’s weight of my portfolio is about 0.70% and its share of future annual dividend income is approximately 0.89%.

June 10, 2024


  • RTX Corporation (RTX) Awarded US Navy Contract; Raytheon, an RTX business, was awarded a $677 million contract to continue to produce AN/SPY-6(V) radars for the U.S. Navy. This is the third option exercised from the March 2022 hardware, production and sustainment contract that is valued up to $3 billion over five years.


June 11, 2024


  • NextEra Energy, Inc. (NEE) 2024 Investor Conference; NEE reaffirmed its adjusted EPS outlook through 2026 and guided for 2027 adjusted EPS of $3.85-$4.32. NEE continues to forecast adjusted EPS for 2024 and 2025 of $3.23-$3.43 and $3.45-$3.70. For for FY 2026, NEE sees earnings in the range of $3.63-$4.00.




  • Realty Income Corporation (O) Increases Monthly Dividend; O announced it has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.2630 per share from $0.2625 per share. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2024, to stockholders of record as of July 1, 2024. This is the 126th dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994.

  • Target Corporation (TGT) Increases Quarterly Dividend; The board of directors of TGT has declared a quarterly dividend of $1.12 per common share, a 1.8% increase from the prior quarterly dividend of $1.10. The dividend is payable Sept. 10, 2024 to shareholders of record at the close of business August 21, 2024.

  • Kesko Corporation’s (KESKO) sales in May; ”KESKO’s sales increased by 1.1% in May. Sales in grocery trade increased by 3.1%. Sales in building and technical trade increased thanks to the Davidsen acquisition. In car trade, sales decreased in new cars, and increased in used cars and services,” says Jorma Rauhala, Kesko’s President and CEO.


  • W. P. Carey Inc. (WPC) Increases Quarterly Dividend; WPC reported that its Board of Directors increased its quarterly cash dividend to $0.870 per share, equivalent to an annualized dividend rate of $3.48 per share. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2024 to stockholders of record as of June 28, 2024.
