  • Lockheed Martin Space, a unit of Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) has secured a $756.81 million modification to contract W31P4Q-23-C-0008 for Long Range Hypersonic Weapon ground support equipment.



May 21, 2024


  • NCC AB (NCC) to refurbish 400 apartments in Ringsted, Denmark; NCC has been commissioned by Ringsted Almene Boligselskab and DAB to renovate eight residential blocks with a total of 400 apartments in the Sönderpark residential area in the Danish city of Ringsted. The project is a turnkey contract, and the order value is approximately SEK 500 million.

  • Target Corporation (TGT) Reports First Quarter Earnings; TGT reports Non-GAAP EPS of $2.03, a 1.0% decrease from the previous year and $0.03 lower than expected. Revenue decreased 3.1% to $24.53 billion, which was in-line with estimates. For the full year, Management continues to expect a 0% to 2% increase in its comparable sales, and GAAP and Adjusted EPS of $8.60 to $9.60.



  • V.F. Corporation (VFC) Reports Fourth Quarter Earnings; VFC reported a quarterly adjusted loss of $0.32 per share for the quarter ended in March, lower than the same quarter last year, when the company reported EPS of $0.17. The mean expectation of eighteen analysts for the quarter was for earnings of $0.01 per share. Revenue fell 13.4% to $2.37 billion from a year ago, analysts expected $2.41 billion. For FY25 Management guides free cash flow plus the benefit of non-core asset sales is expected to generate approximately $600 million.

  • Flowers Foods, Inc. (FLO) Increases Quarterly Dividend; FLO announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share, an increase of 4.3% over the same quarter last year. This is the 87th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by the company and is payable on June 20, 2024, to shareholders of record on June 6, 2024.


  • The Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD) Reports Second Quarter 2024 Results; TD reports Q2 Non-GAAP EPS of C$2.04, 6.8% above last year's result and C$0.19 more than expected. Revenue grew 11.5% to C$13.82 billion, topping estimates by $1.45 billion. CET1 ratio was 13.4%, compared with 13.9% at the end of the prior quarter. TD has a PCL of C$1.071 billion, up from C$599 million one year ago.

  • LyondellBasell Industries N.V. (LYB) Increased Quarterly Dividend; LYB announced its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $1.34 per share, representing a 7 percent increase over the company's first quarter 2024 dividend. The dividend will be paid to shareholders on June 10, 2024, with an ex-dividend and record date of June 3, 2024.


  • Medical Properties Trust, Inc. (MPW) Closes $800 Million 10-Year Loan; MPW announced the completion of approximately £631 million ($800 million) in new non-recourse, non-amortizing secured financing backed by certain properties in its U.K. portfolio. The lending group comprises a consortium of global institutional, insurance and pension investors led by Song Capital, a European real estate investment firm.
