- I purchased 15 shares of Eversource Energy (ES) at $58.97 per share plus commission.
At today's exchange rate, that purchase 15 shares of ES will increase €29.95 of my expected annual net dividend income. Following this acquisition, the portfolio now contains a total of 35 Eversource Energy shares at an average purchase price of $58.01 and yield on cost is 4.93%. After this acquisition, ES ’s weight of my portfolio is about 0.29% and its share of future annual dividend income is approximately 0.31%.

- NCC AB (NCC) to conduct construction work for SSAB in Oxelösund; NCC has been commissioned by SSAB to conduct initial work for a new facility in Oxelösund. The project is a construction contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 200 million.
- General Dynamics Land Systems, a unit of General Dynamics Corporation (GD) has secured a $518.83 million cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for Stryker system technical support.
- L3Harris Global Communications, a unit of L3Harris Technologies, Inc. (LHX) has secured a $155.25 million firm-fixed-price contract for mobile and secure communications services.

- The Procter & Gamble Company (PG) Declares Dividend Increase; The Board of Directors of PG declared an increased quarterly dividend of $1.0065 per share payable on May 15, 2024 to Common Stock shareowners of record at the close of business on April 19, 2024. This represents a seven percent increase compared to the prior quarterly dividend.
- Medical Properties Trust, Inc. (MPW) Completes $350 Million Sale of Facilities to Prime Healthcare; MPW announced that it completed its previously announced sale of five facilities in California and New Jersey to Prime Healthcare for aggregate consideration of $350 million. The total consideration consists of $250 million paid in immediate cash and a $100 million interest-bearing mortgage note due to MPT in nine months.
April 10, 2024
- NCC AB (NCC) to refurbish District Court in Finnish Vantaa; NCC has been contracted by state-owned property company Senatfastigheter to refurbish the District Court in the Tikkurila district of Vantaa in Finland. The assignment is a partnering contract with an order value of approximately SEK 460 million.
- T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (TROW) Reports Preliminary Month-end Assets Under Management For March 2024; TROW reported preliminary month-end assets under management of $1.54 trillion as of March 31, 2024. Preliminary net outflows were $1.2 billion for March 2024 and $8.0 billion for the quarter-ended March 2024.

- Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) Awarded C2BMC-Next Contract To Enhance Global Interoperability; The Missile Defense Agency awards LMT an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a maximum ceiling amount of $4.1 billion. The ordering period is from May 1, 2024 through April 30, 2029, with an option to extend through April 30 2034.
- Lockheed Martin Corporation's (LMT) Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems was awarded a $126.99 million cost-plus-incentive-fee modification to previously awarded contract N00024-19-C-5603 for ship self-defense system combat system engineering support.
- Main Street Capital Corporation (MAIN) Announces First Quarter 2024 Private Loan Portfolio Activity; MAIN originated new or increased commitments in its private loan portfolio of $146.3M and funded total investments across its private loan portfolio with a cost basis totaling $154.5M in Q1 2024.
April 12, 2024
- NCC AB (NCC) to refurbish 210 apartments in Herning; NCC has been commissioned by the municipal company FællesBo to refurbish 210 apartments in the Mindeparken residential area in Herning, Denmark. The project is a turnkey contract, and the order value is approximately SEK 350 million.
- NCC AB (NCC) to build submarine dock for Norwegian Defence Estates Agency; NCC has been commissioned by the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency (NDEA) to build a submarine dock at the Haakonsvern Naval Base in Bergen, Norway. The order value is approximately SEK 440 million.
- Medical Properties Trust, Inc. (MPW) Sells Majority Interest in Utah Hospitals; MPW announced that it has sold its interests in five Utah hospitals to a newly formed joint venture with an investment fund affiliated with a leading multi-strategy, multi-billion dollar institutional asset manager with a proven track record in real estate investments. A joint venture with a investment fund picked up the 75% interest for $886M. Medical Properties Trust is keeping a 25% interest.
