- Avista Corporation (AVA) signs renewable natural gas contract; AVA signed an agreement with Pine Creek RNG to purchase renewable natural gas (RNG) to be produced from projects in Richland, Wash. and Waterloo, Iowa, financial details were not disclosed.
- The Procter & Gamble Company (PG) Declares Dividend Increase; The Board of Directors of PG declared an increased quarterly dividend of $0.9407 per share payable on or after May 15, 2023 to Common Stock shareholders of record at the close of business on April 21, 2023. This represents a three percent increase compared to the prior quarterly dividend.
April 12, 2023
- Triton International Limited (TRTN) to be Acquired by Brookfield Infrastructure; TRTN and Brookfield Infrastructure jointly announce a definitive agreement for Triton to be acquired in a cash and stock transaction valuing the Company's common equity at approximately $4.7 billion and reflecting a total enterprise value of approximately $13.3 billion. The total consideration of $85.00 per Triton common share will consist of $68.50 in cash and $16.50 in BIPC class A exchangeable shares (NYSE: BIPC, TSX: BIPC).
- Emerson Electric Co. (EMR) to Advance Global Automation Leadership Through Acquisition of NI; EMR and NI (Nasdaq: NATI) today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Emerson will acquire NI for $60 per share in cash at an equity value of $8.2 billion.
April 13, 2023
- NCC AB (NCC) continues refurbishments for Östersundshem; NCC has been commissioned by Östersundshem to refurbish 192 apartments in central Östersund. The assignment is the single largest refurbishment project in the county in modern times. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 180 million.
- Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) was awarded a $172.1M modification order against a previously issued basic ordering agreement.
- General Dynamics Corporation (GD) to compete for $344.2M economic price adjustment contract by U.S. Army
- T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (TROW) Reports Preliminary Month-End Assets Under Management For March 2023; TROW reported preliminary month-end assets under management of $1.34 trillion as of March 31, 2023. Preliminary net outflows for March 2023 were $4.5 billion.
