  • Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) is awarded a $474.22M fixed-price-incentive-fee, cost-plus-incentive-fee, and cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to exercise options under a previously- awarded contract for Trident II missile production and deployed systems support and awarded a $186,511,034 modification to a cost-plus-fixed-fee order against a previously-issued basic ordering pact. LMT was awarded a $210.09M cost-plus-incentive-fee, fixed-price-incentive-fee, cost-reimbursable order against a previously-issued basic ordering agreement.




March 28, 2023


  • NCC AB (NCC) to build new Håsten school in Varberg; NCC, in cooperation with Varbergs Fastighets AB, will construct a school building and sports hall for the new Håsten school in Varberg. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 530 million.


  • Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. (WBA) Reports Fiscal 2023 Second Quarter Results; WBA reports Non-GAAP EPS of $1.16, beating analyst estimates by $0.05 but decreased 27.2% year-over-year. Revenue grew 7.6% to $$34.9 billion, topping estimates by $1.34 billion. Management is maintaining full-year adjusted EPS guidance of $4.45 to $4.65 as strong core business growth is more than offset by lapping peak COVID-19 demand; pivoting to mid-twenties percent adjusted EPS growth in the second half of fiscal 2023 at the midpoint.


  • Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) was awarded a $1.23B contract for Patriot Missile System fire units.


March 29, 2023



  • NCC AB (NCC) to build municipal water and sewage system along Njurunda coastline in Sundsvall, Sweden; NCC has been commissioned by MittSverige Vatten & Avfall to build a municipal water and sewage system for approximately 450 properties along the Njurunda coastline in Sundsvall, which is a continuation of the project NCC is already carrying out at the location. The project will be in the form of a construction contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 250 million.


  • Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) has secured a $120.27M cost-plus-incentive-fee modification to a previously awarded contract. LMT also has awarded a $179.01M cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.

  • Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) was awarded a $650.43M contract for the production and delivery of low rate initial production (LRIP) Lot III Next Generation Jammer (NGJ) Mid-Band (MB).


  • T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (TROW) To Acquire Retiree; TROW announced a definitive agreement to purchase Retiree, Inc., a fintech firm that offers innovative retirement income planning software. Terms of the deal were not disclosed; the transaction is expected to close during the second quarter of 2023, subject to satisfaction of certain closing conditions.


March 31, 2023


  • UPM-Kymmene Corporation (UPM) Paso de los Toros pulp mill ready for start-up; The new UPM Paso de los Toros pulp mill has reached the technical readiness to start operations. UPM has also received the environmental authorities’ acceptance of all the procedures, systems and technologies that are required to fulfil the environmental permit of the mill. This approval precedes the final operating authorization, which is expected to be received in a few weeks.


  • Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) was awarded a $439.46M contract for the manufacture and delivery of air-to-ground missile systems.


  • Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) was awarded a $212.68M modification contract that extends the period of performance to provide continued recurring sustainment, program management, financial and administrative, and other activities.
