March 13, 2023

• NCC AB (NCC)to build Scandic hotel in Aarhus; NCC has signed an agreement with Bassin 7 Erhverv ApS to build a Scandic hotel on Aarhus Island in Denmark. The project is a turnkey contract and the order value is approximately SEK 2 billion.

• ConocoPhillips (COP) Welcomes Record of Decision on the Willow Project; With the new authorization from the U.S. Department of the Interior, COP will be permitted to drill from three locations across its Willow site in the National Petroleum Reserve-Alaska.

• Pfizer Inc. (PFE) Invests $43 Billion to Battle Cancer; PFE and Seagen Inc. (Nasdaq: SGEN) today announced that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement under which Pfizer will acquire Seagen, a global biotechnology company that discovers, develops and commercializes transformative cancer medicines, for $229 in cash per Seagen share for a total enterprise value of $43 billion. The Boards of Directors of both companies have unanimously approved the transaction.

• LyondellBasell Industries N.V. (LYB) announces decision to acquire Mepol Group; LYB and Mepol Group today announced they have entered into a definitive agreement for LyondellBasell to acquire Mepol Group, a manufacturer of recycled, high-performing technical compounds located in Italy and Poland, consisting of Mepol S.r.l. and its subsidiaries Polar S.r.l. and Industrial Technology Investments Poland Sp.z.o.o.

March 14, 2023

• Kesko Corporation’s (KESKO) sales grew in February; KESKO Group's sales totalled €881.7 million in February 2023, representing an increase of 4.1% in comparable terms.

• General Dynamics Corporation (GD) was awarded a $1.48B modification to a contract to manufacture large-caliber metal projectiles and mortar projectiles.

• Realty Income Corporation (O) Increase Monthly Dividend; O announced its Board of Directors has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.2550 per share from $0.2545 per share. The dividend is payable on April 14, 2023, to stockholders of record as of April 3, 2023.

March 16, 2023

• Unilever plc (AMS:UNA) announces €20 million investment in new Ukraine factory; UNA announced it will invest €20 million in a new production facility in the Kyiv region of Ukraine, to support our growing business and demonstrate our long-term commitment to the country. Construction will start this year, with the factory expected to open in 2024.

• Medifast, Inc. (MED) Increased Quarterly Dividend; MED announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a $1.65 quarterly cash dividend, 0.6% increase from prior dividend. The quarterly cash dividend of $1.65 per share is payable on May 9, 2023 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 28, 2023.

• Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) was awarded a $143.09M cost-plus-incentive-fee contract modification to previously awarded contract to exercise options for Navy equipment and spares.

• Power Corporation of Canada (TSE:POW) Reports Fourth Quarter and 2022 Financial Results; POW reports Non-GAAP EPS of C$0.59, missing analyst estimates by C$0.39 and decreased 41.0% year-over-year.

• Power Corporation of Canada (TSE:POW) Increased Quarterly Dividend; The Board of Directors of POW declared a quarterly dividend of 52.50 cents per share, an increase of 6.1%, payable May 1, 2023 to shareholders of record March 31, 2023.

March 17, 2023

• NCC AB (NCC) to remodel Hammarforsen hydropower plant in Jämtland; NCC has been commissioned by Statkraft to implement measures to improve dam safety at the Hammarforsen hydropower plant. The contract includes the remodeling of a spillway to increase discharge capacity. The project consists of a construction contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 160 million.

• Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. (AQN) Announces 2022 Fourth Quarter and Full Year Financial Results; AQN reports Non-GAAP EPS of $0.22, beating analyst estimates by $0.02 and increased 4.8% year-over-year. Revenue of $748 million beats analyst estimates by $44.46 million and increased 26.4% versus the same quarter last year. Management reiterates its previously-disclosed estimate of Adjusted Net Earnings per common share for the 2023 fiscal year within a range of $0.55-$0.61
