  • The Home Depot, Inc. (HD) Announces Third Quarter Results; HD reports GAAP EPS of $4.24, beating analyst estimates by $0.13 and increased 8.16% year-over-year. Revenue of $ 38.87billion beats analyst estimates by $910 million and increased 5.6% versus the same quarter last year. Management reaffirms FY2022 guidance: Total sales growth and comparable sales growth of approximately 3%.

  • Cisco Systems, Inc. (CSCO) Reports First Quarter Earnings; CSCO reports first quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $0.86, a 5% above from last year and $0.02 ahead of estimates. Revenue grew 5.7% to $ 13.63 billion, topping estimates $ 340 million. For Q2 FY 2023 management guides 4.5% to 6.5% revenue growth year over year and Non-GAAP EPS to be in range $0.84 to $0.86.

 

  • Target Corporation (TGT) Reports Third Quarter Earnings; TGT reports third quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $1.54, a 49.1% decline from last year and $0.64 miss of estimates. Revenue grew 3.4% to $ 26.52 billion, topping estimates by $120 million. Management believes it is prudent to plan for a wide range of sales outcomes in the fourth quarter, centered around a low-single digit decline in comparable sales, consistent with those recent trends.

 

  • General Dynamics Corporation (GD) was awarded an $181.98M cost-plus-award-fee modification against previously awarded contract, DDG-51 Planning Yard Services.

 

  • United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS) Completes Acquisition of Bomi Group; UPS announced the closing on its previously announced acquisition of Bomi Group, an industry-leading multi-national healthcare logistics provider. Through the acquisition, the company’s healthcare unit, UPS Healthcare, will add temperature-controlled facilities in 14 countries, and 3,000 highly-skilled employees to the UPS team across Europe and Latin America.

  • UGI Corporation (UGI) Reports Fiscal 2022 Results; UGI reports Non-GAAP EPS of $2.90, a 2.03% decline from last year but $0.06 ahead of estimates. Revenue grew 35.7% to $ 10.11 billion, topping estimates $ 2.03 billion. Management issued fiscal 2023 adjusted diluted EPS guidance range of $2.85 - $3.15 while reiterating long-term 6% - 10% EPS growth rate target.

 

 

  • General Dynamics Corporation (GD) was awarded a $146.73M firm-fixed-price contract for flat-bottom hull Stryker vehicles.

 

  • LyondellBasell Industries N.V. (LYB) Evaluates Propylene Expansion Project; LYB announced it is evaluating the expansion of its propylene production capacity at its Channelview Complex near Houston, TX. The potential expansion would involve building a new propylene facility using LyondellBasell's existing technology to convert ethylene into propylene for use in the production of polypropylene and propylene oxide.

 

November 18, 2022

 

  • NCC AB (NCC) to build the Junkaremål school in Tranås; NCC, together with AB Tranåsbostäder, is building the new Junkaremål school in Tranås. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 180 million. The groundbreaking ceremony will take place today, together with Tranås Bostäder and children from every grade of the school.

 

  • Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) was awarded $113.94M modification to a previously awarded, fixed-price incentive contract.
