- I purchased 90 shares of Viatris Inc. (VTRS) at $ 14.25 per share plus commission.
At today's exchange rate that purchase 90 shares of VTRS will increase € 28.87 of my expected annual net dividend income. After this acquisition, VTRS’s weight of my portfolio is about 0.46% and its share of future annual dividend income is approximately 0.43%.

- I purchased 10 shares of Canadian National Railway Company (TSE:CNR) at CA$ 150.56 per share plus commission.
At today's exchange rate that purchase 10 shares of CNR will increase € 15.33 of my expected annual net dividend income. After this acquisition, CNR’s weight of my portfolio is about 0.31% and its share of future annual dividend income is approximately 0.17%.

- Verizon Communications Inc. (VZ) Reports Fourth Quarter And Full Year 2020 Results; VZ reports fourth quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $1.31, an 8.3% increase from the prior year and $0.03 above estimates. Revenue grew 4.8% to $34.1 billion, topping expectations by $120 million.
- Texas Instruments Incorporated (TXN) reports Q4 2021 and 2021 financial results; TXN reports fourth quarter GAAP EPS of $2.27, an improvement of 26.1% from the last year and $0.33 above estimates. Revenue grew 18.4% to $4.83 billion, which was $400 million more than expected.
- WEC Energy Group, Inc. (WEC) announces hydrogen power pilot program; WEC announced that it is leading a pilot project to test hydrogen as a fuel source for power generation. The company will test co-firing hydrogen with natural gas at one of its power generation plants in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. This is one of the first hydrogen power pilot programs of its kind in the United States.
- Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) Reports Q4 and Full-Year 2021 Results; JNJ reports fourth quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $2.13, a grow of 14.5% from the previous year and $0.01 above estimates. Revenue grew 10.3% to $24.8 billion, which was $490 million lower than expected.
- Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) Reports Fourth Quarter And Full Year 2021 Financial Results; LMT reports fourth quarter GAAP EPS of $7.47, a 17.1% increase from the prior year and $0.27 above estimates. Revenue grew 4.1% to $17.73 billion, topping expectations by $70 million.
- Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) Reports 2021 Results; RTX reports fourth quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $1.08, an increase of 46% from last year and $0.06 better than expected. Revenue grew 7.2% to $17 billion, which was $280 million below expectations.
- 3M Company (MMM) Reports Fourth-Quarter and Full-Year 2021 Results; MMM reports fourth quarter GAAP EPS of $2.31, a 4% decrease from the prior year but $0.29 above estimates. Revenue grew 3.8% to $17 billion, topping expectations by $30 million.
- Union Pacific Corporation’s (UNP) Loup Logistics Acquires Phoenix Transload Facility; Loup Logistics Company, a wholly owned UNP, announced the acquisition of the Precision Components Inc. transload facility in Phoenix, Arizona. The deal was finalized December 30, 2021, and offers transloading, storage and trucking solutions to customers shipping into and out of the Phoenix market.
- Archer-Daniels-Midland Company (ADM) Reports Fourth Quarter Results; ADM reports fourth quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $1.50, an improvement of 24% from the last year and $0.14 above estimates. Revenue grew 28.4% to $23.09 billion, topping expectations by $2.88 billion.
- Archer-Daniels-Midland Company (ADM) Increase Quarterly Dividend; ADM’s Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of 40.0 cents per share on the company’s common stock, an 8.1% increase from last quarter’s dividend of 37.0 cents per share.
- Metro Inc. (TSE:MRU) Reports 2022 First Quarter Results; MRU reports first quarter Non-GAAP EPS of C$0.88, an increase of 11.4% from last year. Revenue grew 0.9% to C$4.32 billion.
- Canadian National Railway Company (TSE:CNR) Report Fourth-Quarter and Full-Year 2021 Financial Results; CNR reports fourth quarter Non-GAAP EPS of C$1.71, a 20% increase from the prior year and C$0.18 above estimates. Revenue grew 2.5% to $C3.75 billion, topping expectations by C$90 million.
- Canadian National Railway Company (TSE:CNR) Increase Quarterly Dividend; CNR’s Board of Directors has approved a C$ 0.7325/share quarterly dividend, 19.1% increase from prior dividend of C$ 0.6150, as well as the normal course issuer bid in the range of C$5B, permits to purchase, for cancellation, over a 12-month period up to 42M shares.

- AT&T Inc. (T) Reports Fourth-Quarter and Full-Year Results; T reports fourth quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $0.78, a 4% increase from last year and $0.03 above estimates. Revenue fell 10.3% to $41 billion, but was $550 million higher than expected.
- Brookfield Renewable (BEP, BEPC) Acquires Premier Renewable Developer Urban Grid; Brookfield Renewable together with its institutional partners, announced the acquisition of clean power developer Urban Grid and its high-quality pipeline of projects comprising approximately 13,000 megawatts of utility-scale solar and 7,000 megawatts of energy storage capacity for $650 million.
- Chevron Corporation (CVX) Increases Quarterly Dividend; The Board of Directors of CVX declared a quarterly dividend of one dollar and forty-two cents ($1.42) per share, an increase of eight cents ($0.08) per share or approximately 6 percent. The dividend is payable March 10, 2022, to all holders of common stock as shown on the transfer records of the Corporation at the close of business February 16, 2022.
- Kimberly-Clark Corporation (KMB) Announces Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2021 Financial Results; KMB announces fourth quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $1.30, a 23% decline from the prior year but a $0.05 ahead of estimates. Revenue improved 2.7% to $4.97 billion, topping expectations by $70 million. The company also announced it was increasing its quarterly dividend by 1.8% to $1.16.
- General Dynamics Corporation (GD) Reports Fourth-Quarter and Full-Year 2021 Financial Results; GD reports fourth quarter GAAP EPS of $3.39, down 2.9% year-over-year but $0.02 higher than expected. Revenue decreased 1.8% to $10.29 billion and was $400 million below estimates.

- Telia Company (TELIA) in agreement to expand Tower partnership with Brookfield and Alecta; The transaction price corresponds to an enterprise value for 100 percent of the shares of SEK 11,224 million on a cash and debt free basis and represents an EV / normalized EBITDA 2021 multiple of 28.2x. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing is expected in Q3 2022.
- UPM-Kymmene Corporation (UPM) fourth quarter results and Financial Statements for the year 2021; UPM reports fourth quarter EPS of €0.69, a 97.1% increase from last year and €0.11 above estimates. Revenue grew 22.2% to €2,673 million, beating expectations by $115 million. UPM's Board of Directors proposes a dividend of EUR 1.30 per share.
- NCC AB (NCC) to construct new healthcare block in Örebro; NCC has been commissioned by Länsgården Fastigheter AB to construct a new block comprising a healthcare center and residential care facility in Örebro. The project will be carried out in two phases with a total order value of approximately SEK 350 million.
- Duke Energy Corporation’s (DUK) portfolio grows in North Carolina with the addition of two new plants; DUK to grow renewable energy in North Carolina by adding 50-megawatt (MW) Broad River Solar power plant in Cleveland County and 22.6-MW Speedway Solar power plant in Cabarrus County.
- Altria Group, Inc. (MO) Reports 2021 Fourth-Quarter and Full-Year Results; MO reports fourth quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $1.09, a 10.1% increase from the prior year and $0.01 above estimates. Revenue grew 0.8% to $5.09 billion, topping expectations by $90 million.
- McDonald's Corporation (MCD) Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2021 Results; MCD reports fourth quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $2.23, a 31% increase from last year but $0.11 lower than expected. Revenue grew 13% to $5.3 billion, which was $30 million below estimates.
- Visa Inc. (V) Reports First Quarter 2022 Financial Results; V reports first quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $1.81, an increase of 27% from last year and $0.11 higher than expected. Revenue grew 23.9% to $7.06 billion, beating estimates by $270 million.
- T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (TROW) Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2021 Results; TROW reports fourth quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $3.17, an improvement of 9.7% from the last year and $0.04 above estimates. Revenue grew 15.3% to $1.96 billion, which was $10 million more than expected

- Telia Company (TELIA) year-end Report January-December 2021; TELIA reports fourth quarter EPS of SEK 0.27. In the comparison period, earnings per share amounted to SEK -5.99. Analysts expected earnings of SEK 0.33 per share. Net sales for the fourth quarter decreased 0.4% to SEK 23.280 million. Analysts expected SEK 22.697 million. TELIA's Board of Directors proposes a dividend of SEK 2.05 (SEK 2.00) per share.
- Chevron Corporation (CVX) Announces Fourth Quarter 2021 Results; CVX reports fourth quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $2.56, a $0.57 miss of estimates. Revenue improved 90.6% to $48.13 billion, beating expectations by $2.91 billion.
- General Dynamics Corporation (GD) was awarded a $171M hybrid (cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-price) contract for support services for biomedical research application, evaluation.
- V.F. Corporation (VFC) Reports Third Quarter Fiscal 2022 Results; VFC reports third quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $1.35, a 45% increase from the prior year and $0.13 above estimates. Revenue grew 21.9% to $3.62 billion, topping expectations by $10 million.
