Dividend Increase – Bank of Nova Scotia (BNS)
Today the Board of Directors of Bank of Nova Scotia announced a quarterly dividend increase of from CA$0.68 to CA$0.70 per share that’s payable October 28, 2015 to holders of record October 6, 2015. This represents a 6.06 % increase over the fourth quarter 2014 dividend of CA$0.66 per share and a 2.94 % increase over for the second quarter 2015 of CA$0.68 per share. With current price CA$59.26 (today's open), this raise brings their dividend yield to 4.72%.
Since I own 135 shares, this will increase my portfolio's projected annual net dividend income by CA$8.05.
That increase rises my YOC to 4.52%.

Dividend Increase – Royal Bank of Canada (RY)
Today the Board of Directors of Royal Bank of Canada announced a quarterly dividend increase of from CA$0.77 to CA$0.79 per share that’s payable November 24, 2015 to holders of record October 26, 2015. This represents a 5.33 % increase over the fourth quarter 2014 dividend of CA$0.75 per share and a 2.6 % increase over for the second quarter 2015 of CA$0.77 per share. With current price CA$72.36 (yesterday's close), this raise brings their dividend yield to 4.37%.
Since I own 85 shares, this will increase my portfolio's projected annual net dividend income by CA$5.07.
That increase rises my YOC to 4.06%.

Recent Buy - Johnson & Johnson (JNJ)
Yesterday on 24th August I added 20 shares of Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) at $92.50 per share plus commission ($5.00). My overall cost basis of this position decreases from $100.17 to $97.70 per share. I totally hold now 60 shares of JNJ and my yield on cost is 3.07%. You can look at my first purchase of JNJ here.

At today's exchange rate, this purchase 20 shares of JNJ will increase €38.50 ($44.70) of my expected annual net dividend income and will increase my portfolio's projected annual net dividend income to €9480.00.

Dividend Increase – Altria Group, Inc. (MO)
Today the Board of Directors of Altria Group Inc. announced a
quarterly dividend increase of from $0.52
to $0.565 per share that’s payable October 9, 2015 to holders of
record September 15, 2015. This represents a 8.7% increase to regular
quarterly
dividends. Altria has increased its dividend 49 times in the past 46
years. The new annualized dividend rate is $2.26 per common
share, representing a yield of 4.1% based on Altria’s closing stock price of
$54.73 on August 20, 2015.
Since I own 175 shares, this will increase my portfolio's projected annual net dividend income by $23.46.
That increase rises my YOC to 6.71%.

Recent Buy - Bank Of Nova Scotia (NYSE:BNS, TSE:BNS)
Today on 20th August I added 35 shares of Bank Of Nova Scotia (BNS) at CA$58.88 per share plus commission (CA$5.00). With current quarterly dividend (CA$0.68), my last purchase 35 shares of BNS increases €48.35 (CA$70.92) of expected annual dividend net income. My overall cost basis of this position decreases from CA$62.98 to CA$61.96 per share. I totally hold now 135 shares of BNS and my yield on cost is 4.39%. BNS were the first Canadian bank, which I took on my portfolio in March last year. You can look this purchase of BNS here.

24th July 2015 I Bought 30 shares of Eaton Corporation plc
at $ 62.86 per share plus commission.
Eaton Corporation plc operates as a power management
company worldwide. Its Electrical Products segment offers electrical
components, industrial components, residential products, wiring devices, and
structural support systems, as well as single phase power quality, emergency
lighting, fire detection, circuit protection, and lighting products. The
companys Electrical Systems and Services segment provides power distribution
and assemblies, three phase power quality products, hazardous duty electrical
equipment, intrinsically safe explosion-proof instrumentation, utility power
distribution products, power reliability equipment, and services. The
Hydraulics segment offers a range of power products; controls and sensing

at $ 51.48 per share plus commission.
Emerson Electric Co. provides technology and engineering

Network Power, Climate Technologies, and Commercial & Residential

Recent Buy - Inter Pipeline Ltd. (TSE:IPL)
22th July 2015 I Bought 100 shares of Inter Pipeline Ltd at CA$ 27.52 per
share plus commission.
Inter Pipeline Ltd is engaged in petroleum
transportation, storage and natural gas liquids extraction business. The
Company owns and operates a combination of energy infrastructure assets in
western Canada and northern Europe. The Company operates in four business
segments: Conventional Oil Pipelines; Oil Sands Transportation; NGL Extraction
and Bulk Liquid Storage. The Conventional Oil Pipelines segment consists of the
Bow River, Central Alberta and Mid-Saskatchewan pipeline systems and has around
3,700 kilometer of pipelines. The Oil Sands Transportation segment consists of
the Cold Lake, Corridor and Polaris Pipeline systems and has around 2,600
kilometer of operating pipeline and 3.8 million barrels of storage. The NGL
Extraction segment consists of the Cochrane, Empress II and has around 50%
ownership of Empress V extraction plants. The Bulk Liquid Storage segment
consists of around 12 bulk liquid storage terminals located across the United
Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Denmark and Sweden.
